As we neared the entrance, a bunch of the gangs members made it hard for us to advance. We all just shoved past them and left them for the other pro hero's to deal with. As we ran in the house I grabbed Izukus hand. "Lead me with you guys, I'm gonna try and see if I can hear Eri's heartbeat," Izuku nodded and squeezed my hand, pulling me along with him. With everyone's hearts around me pumping ferociously it was super difficult to hear anything else, still I kept trying. We came to a halt which had me snap out of my heart hunting. Izuku looked at me hopefully, I shook my head.

"There's too many of us right here, I can't hear anyone else," just then nighteye opened a secret passageway. As it opened villains came spewing out of it! Bubble girl and Centipede quickly dispatched them. We went down the stairs while they dealt with them. As we reached the bottom and rounded the corner we faced only a dead end. Mirio ran ahead to check through the wall. He looked through the wall, turns out this wall was placed here to keep from advancing. Like that'd stop us! Izuku, Kirishima, and I broke the wall to bits and even earned some praise. We took not even five steps when the ground started to shift and roll. It was hard to stay on my own two foot let alone to try and keep moving forward.

We all seemed lost on what to do but Mirio was determined to save Eri. Telling us he'd advance ahead. I grabbed his cape as he passed me. "Ah! Mirio wait!" he looked back at me and I handed him one of my blood vials. "I had these specially made for you. Im sure you wondered why you had to donate more of your hair. Well this is why. In case you run into trouble you can smash it onto the ground and I'll be there," he gave me an unsure look. "Please Mirio, don't be afraid to call on me for help. I know I'm not as experienced as you but-!" He placed a strong grip on my shoulder.

"I made a wrong call before. I promise you, I won't do it again," I looked up at him hopeful, as he placed the vial in his pocket. "As soon as you throw it down I'll form my shield.......good luck Mirio," he smiled at me and ran down the hall through the walls. As Mirio left us, so did the floor beneath us. We fell down and as quickly as the hole had formed, it closed. Three men were down here to greet us. We were all ready for a fight but Amajiki stopped us. Saying he could take all of them himself. Many of the adults were trying to get the men to surrender but they weren't listening. Amajiki suddenly wrapped all three men in tentacles.

He said he'd read their profiles still insisting that he could handle them alone. He stated his case further saying they want us all to stay behind like this, so they can make their escape. Fatgum was convinced and told us let's go. Uncle said he had used his quirk on all three of them to bind them before it wears off. As we went to leave Amajiki said one last thing. "Please take care of Mirio," he locked eyes with me and I nodded to him in determination. We then all ran out of the room. Kirishima criticized Fatgums decision to leave Amajiki behind like that. Fatgum retorted with he's stronger than anyone here, but that he's weak emotionally. If he'd doubted Amajiki abilities in that moment then it would've been worse. So the only thing he could do was leave.

We continued down the long hallway. I gripped Izukus shirt as we ran so I could focus on the blood Mirio had with him. He still hadn't used it but I could tell he was much further ahead than we are. There was another noise that was bothering me, almost a scratching sound against the wall. Suddenly I rammed into Izukus back and opened my eyes to see a huge piece of the wall taking uncle away! If I had realized what that scratching was I could've warned him! Fortunately Fatgum and Kirishima pushed him out of the way, however both of them were now separated from the rest of us.

We couldn't help them so we had to continue further into the gangs base. As we ran further, I was still focusing on the blood vial. I heard that scratching noise once again and went to warn everyone but the floor had already begun to mold and shift. Rock lock quickly locked the walls in place before they could crush us. His quirk couldn't maintain the whole area so more wall was coming at us. Izuku used his full cowling and destroyed the approaching wall. "Blood Echo find him!" Uncle shouted at me. "Right!" I said flustered and put my ear to the wall. The scratching was all over the place but a heartbeat was what I needed to find. "There!" I pointed but just as I found him, walls shot out of nowhere. Uncle threw Izuku and I out of the way toward him. "Sorry!" Izuku and I both shouted. "Don't worry about it," he replied. "But why separate us now?" Uncle questioned. I thought a moment, he made a good point. Why now?
