CHAPTER 18:SECRETS

You didn't go to school the next day due to your period cramps. After making sure that you're warm and comfy,Hoseok left for the school.The boys gathered at the cafeteria during the lunch break,gossiping about various things. Yoongi was sitting on his usual spot between Jin and Hoseok, listening to his brothers.He never spoke much but he always listened to the others attentively.

"Why didn't Noona come today, hyung?",Jungkook asked while sipping on his banana milk.

"She isn't feeling well so i asked her to stay back home",Hoseok replied.

"Is it bad?Will she be fine alone?", Jungkook asked again,worry was clearly visible on his face.

"Yeah.She'll be fine,Kook.It isn't that serious. She just needs rest", Hoseok assured him and he nodded in reply.

" Why does she even need to work so hard",Jungkook mumbled but didn't ask Hoseok directly about it.He knew it wasn't appropriate of him to ask about your personal matter.Though he mumbled those words,they did reach Hoseok's ears as a sigh left his mouth,immediately noticed by the person beside him;Yoongi.

Yoongi's mind drifted back to the previous day which made him assume that you might be having cramps.He didn't know why but he felt bad for you.Last night he saw you working till late and the neighborhood you live in wasn't helping either.He wanted to ask Hoseok why you were living in that area but decided not to butt in your business.He was snapped back to reality by Jimin's high-pitched voice.

"Speaking of which..Hyung! I'm curious about how you and Noona became friends.And where is her family?We've never heard her mention them".

"Yeah,i also wanted to ask about it.I did ask her about her family once,but she kinda avoided it so i didn't dig further",Jungkook added.

Hoseok kept quiet for a moment, debating whether to tell them or not.Even though it was your personal life,he played a huge part of it.He had the rights to talk about it in front of his brothers. Moreover, if he wants the boys to accept you as a part of themselves, they need to know about you.Especially Yoongi.

" It's okay if you don't wanna talk about it.We understand it.It's about her personal life and i think we're being nosy",Jin stated,earning nods from the others.

Stealing a glance at Yoongi,Hoseok took a deep breath before shaking his head,"No,it's alright. You aren't being nosy.As her friends, you deserve to know this.Besides, i don't think she'll mind if i tell you this.I want you guys to know about the shits she had to go through",he paused, staring into everyone's anticipated eyes one by one.

"When i was young,my mum used to go to Busan twice a week.She had a buying house in there.So every week she'd bring me along with her since i was lonely at home.There,one day me and eomma were roaming in a park.Suddenly i saw someone dancing beside a fountain. He was amazing! Every moves of his were breathtaking! His dance moves were so amazing that i even forgot to breath!When he noticed me,he smiled and asked me my name.He introduced himself as well.He was just so good at dancing! He used to compete in district-level dance championships.Watching me being totally whipped,he asked if i wanted to learn dance. That's when i met my dream.I requested him to teach me and he agreed happily. Hyung took me to his house and there i met his family.He had a little sister of my age and apparently that was Y/N.Eomma agreed to drop me at their house every week before going to her work and that's how me and Y/N got along. Sometimes i would stay the night over at their house and Eomma would pick me up the next day.Since she met their family and they were really nice,she trusted me with them.Y/N's parents loved me as their own son and her brother did the same.Hyung and i would dance and Y/N would sit in the corner and watch us dancing.Sometimes she sang and played guitar and we danced with the rhythm.She's a great singer by the way",he paused to look at the others who were too indulged in the story,even Yoongi as well.
