Y/N's pov:
I was hanging out with my girlfriend, Alina.
See, we had started dating about 9months ago and I've been growing suspicious that she is cheating because she has been so distant + mentally abusive.

We are currently at a party held in Antonio's room because he finally got his gift! I was so happy for him.
But, I wasn't having fun at all.
Alina has abandoned me for her so called "friend", Jay.

Now I'm just talking with mirabel, full on bummed.

"Hey, you seem down, is something wrong?"
She asked, with a worried face.

"Oh, uh, yeah I'm fine. Okay I'm not, you see Alina over there? I'm worried she might have a crush on jay"
I frowned, pointing to the direction she was.

"I'm so sorry, I feel bad."
Mirabel said bringing me in for a hug to which I gladly took.

"Hey! Get your manky hands off my girlfriend."
I heard someone say, shoving mirabel to the floor. ALINA?!

"She isn't up for grabs you whore"
She spat out at mirabel once again, as i stood there shocked.

"What the fuck get away from my prima you brat!"
A male voice yelled, shoving between the crowd who was now watching us.

The one and only Carlos Madrigal.

"She touched my girlfriend! She's a bitch!"
Alina once again yelled at carlos, as he mocked her.

"She touched my girlfriend wah wah wah' oh shut up you dumb fuck. She was comforting your girlfriend while your off being a little slutty whore to another girl! I mean, where were you when your girlfriend was upset?! Not here unlike mirabel who actually CARES!"
Carlos yelled, as her and me and mirabel watched him wide-eyed.

He then helped mirabel up and picked up her glasses for her.

"Y/N do something! Are you really gonna let him speak to your girlfriend like that?! Gosh your such a shit partner."
Alina argued with me, while I just stood there taking it as always.

"Stop ignoring me!!"
She screamed, but right as she did Carlos shoved her to the ground.

"Don't ever speak to y/n like that."
He whispered while leaning down upon her, his grip on her collar tightening with everything breath he took.

Carlos looked very scary right now, his hair was ruffled and his eyes glowing bright red.

"O-okay I-I'm sorry!"
She pleaded as he just rolled his eyes and shoved her into the ground once more before standing up straight again.
Then Alina scurried away as everyone whispered and stared at him frightened.

"Are you okay y/n and mirabel?"
He asked, his scary face turning into a worried one as his eyes went back to the warming green.

"Yeah, thank you Carlos"
Mirabel smiled, hugging her protective primo.

"Yeah. I'm alright"
I said, smiling.

He hugged mirabel back and whispered something into her ear I didn't quite understand but she just smirked.

Then they broke the hug and he pulled me in, our bodies touching as the air between us was filled with my heavy breathing as he slowly leaned in, softly pressing his lips against mine.

There was a lot of 'ooo's' and 'awes' in the crowed with some clapping.
