TW: suicide attempt, seizure
Karl walked to the bathroom silently and Sapnap just stayed in bed.
Karl closed the door and started quietly sobbing on the floor. Soon after he passed our on od.
where the fuck is karl its been like 20 minutes
Sapnap thought to himself frantically.
Sapnap walked to the backroom door and knocked.
"Karl? Are you okay?"
Sapnap waited but got no response.
"Karl can i come in please?"
Sapnap asked softly.
He again got no answer, he got worried so he just openef the door.
There was Karl passed out of the floor with dried up tears on his cheeks.
"No no no this can't be happening." Sapnap started crying.
He grabbed Karl up in bridal style and quickly took his car keys and ran outside.
He opened the door for Karl and put him in driving over the speed limit but not giving a fuck, he just wants Karl to be okay and healthy.
why didnt he tell me anything

the next morning
The doctor walked in.
"Hello my name is doctor Niki, but u can just call me Niki. How is Karl doing?"
The doctor said, she seemed sweet.
"I don't know.."
Sapnap said trying his best not to cry infront of Niki.
"Do you think he will be okay?"
Sapnap asked quietly.
"I'm sure he will. Hes in good hands their might be a chance he wont survive. But hes in a good state right now he should wake up later today."

Karl started flickering with his eyes and Sapnap immediately noticed.
"KARL! YOURE OKAY."
Sapnap said excited and relieved.
"Where am i?"
Karl asked confused.
"Oh Karl i found you passed out on the floor last night.. u took od. I was so fucking scared. I'm so glad u are okay. I don't know what i would do without you. Later doctor Niki will ask you some questions, and she might do some scans. She's very nice so theres nothing to be scared of."
Sapnap said holding onto Karl really tight.
Doctor Niki came in.
"NIKI!" Sapnap yelled
"KARL WOKE UP!"
Sapnap said as he smiled.
"Thats great! Hello Karl, im doctor Niki u can just call me Niki tho."
She said while smiling.
"I will go get you a shot before i ask you some questions i will be right back."
She said with a sweet voice.
"No please dont!"
Karl said as he began to cry.
"Whats wrong love?"
Sapnap asked worryingly.
"I hate shots, I dont want to get them please. Dont let me take them."
Karl said sobbing onto Sapnap's shoulder.
"I will see if i can talk to Niki if theres a chance u dont have to get them, I'll try my best i promise."
Sapnap said when he rubbed Karl's back trying to comfort him.
Niki walked back in.
"Hey Niki, Karl is very afraid of needles and shots. Is there any chance he wont have to take it."
Sapnap said as friendly as possible.
"We dont have to. It was mostly to help with any pain that could be caused after."
"Can i please not take it?"
Karl asked.
"Of course Karl! When u do feel pain I can let you take a pill."
Niki said sweetly.
"Now Karl im gonna have to ask u some questions okay?"
Karl nodded.
"Whats the lash thing u remember doing before waking up?"
"I was with Sapnap, we were about to sleep. I went to the bathroom and didnt feel good about myself like i didnt want to be there. rest i dont remember."
Karl said holding back his tears.
"Now are you seeing anyone? Like a therapist, or someone u can talk to who u trust?"
"Sapnap mostly.. Sometimes Quackity can help aswel."
Karl replied calming down.
"Okay Karl, I want you to tell me about yourself.
Like age, hair color, birthday. Just tell me all u remember."
Niki said.
"My name is Karl Jacobs, im 23 and my birthday is july 19th. Im dating Sapnap, my eyes are blue and my hair color is brown. Im 5'11."
Karl said thinking hardly.
