Slowly Karl started to wake up.
Sapnap could hear Karl small breaths of panic.
"Karl?"
Sapnap said sobbing.
"mhm."
Karl said, he sounded like he was trying to figure out what had happend.
Karl can be very forgetful, but u don't t remember a lot when u pass out.
time skip (around 4pm)
"I should get going, u have a stream planned in a hour."
"U can stay a bit longer if u want to Dream."
Karl said with a weak smile.
"What is the stream gonna be about?"
Dream asked.
"I think just chatting, not gonna do to much."
Sapnap said smiling.
"Can i join? Its fine if not."
Dream asked excitedly.
"Of course Dream! It would be so fun."
Sapnap yelled out excitement.
"Ill go home now, and yall set some things up."
Dream said as he walked out.
20 minutes before 5pm
Karl went to the bathroom, his stomach hurt so much. A few moments later Karl started to throw up.
Sapnap heard it and went to check if Karl was okay.
"Karl can i come in?"
Sapnap asked as he heard a small hum allowing him to come in.
"oh Karl, are you okay? What happend? You dont seem well lets cancel the stream."
Sapnap said calmly.
"Ill run u a bath Karl, ill also put a bucket in case u need to throw up. After that ill make you some soup and tea so u can rest a bit."
Sapnap would do anything to make sure Karl is okay.
Karl got in the bath that Sapnap made for him.
"SAPNAP!"
Karl yelled.
"WHATS WRONG KARL? DID SOMETHING HAPPEN?"
Sapnap said as he worriedly ran upstairs.
"I want you to sit in the bathroom with me, and talk with me."
"God you scared me Karl i thought something had happened to you."
Sapnap said laughingly as he sat on a stool next to the bath.
After Karl stole Sapnap's sweatpants and he just took a comfortable hoodie and layed himself down.
Sapnap came upstairs with some soup and tea for Karl.
"Karl, i got this for you. Let me know if you need anything okay?"
Sapnap said shaking Karl slightly.
Karl hummed and went back to sleep.
Sapnap crawled on the bed and sat next to Karl.
"Ill just watch some netflix."
Sapnap mumbled.
Scrolling through netflix, he didn't found anything to his intrest.
He went downstairs to take a shower.
Suddenly Karl walked in.
"Karl, arent you supposed to be asleep."
Sapnap said confused.
Karl just smirked.
