Until they let you see.
You don't know someone's struggles,
Until they leave them be.
You don't see someone's journey,
The trail inside their head.
You don't see someone's journey,
You can't follow their thread.
You don't feel someone's anguish,
They fight the pain each day.
You don't see someone's anguish,
You can't see them that way.
You don't hear someone's crying,
It's hidden by a grin.
You don't hear someone's crying,
When they don't know how to win.
You don't know someone's demons,
You cannot see their hell.
