"Even now, here... I feel it. The stares, the judgment. And there's nothin' I can do to change it. Yet, I'm still here. No super serum, no blond hair, or blue eyes. The only power I have is that I believe we can do better. We can't demand that people step up if we don't meet them halfway."

Stepping aside I allow Walker to sprint right past me and down another corridor underground. It truly does feel like watching a child racing around a playground. How did my life come to this? Babysitting the unstable? Boots skidding against concrete, Walker backs up furiously "Arnt you going to help? Or just stand there and let us do the grunt work for you?"

Chuckling humourlessly, I dig into my pocket "I can assure you I've never let a man do any grunt work for me." Tugging out my phone I swiftly access and tap the app store. Using the search engine I tap in Karli's app and start the download.

Suddenly snatched from my grasp I glower at Walker holding it up out of my reach, "You're just going on your phone at a time like this!?"

"Do you have rocks in your head?" I motion absurdly at Walker.

"Do you?" Walker snaps, holding the phone further from my reach when I attempt to grab it "We have terrorists we're chasing and you find this a fitting time to shoot off a text?"

"Actually no. You and Bucky are running in circle like lost toddlers whilst I came up with a better plan" I sharply correct Walker. Flicking out my wrist I step through a portal, appearing behind Walker to snatch my phone back. Ignoring the grumpy look I receive, I tap the app and open it up to shove in his face. Walker's aggressive glare softening, I suggest "Think smarter. Not harder nimrod."
