It was no wonder that Lu Yi listened to her command. This girl was like a clairvoyant, always able to quickly find treasures from the thick pile of garbage!

In the beginning, he didn't believe it.

He always said that this sister was just making a racket.

But she always stretched out her fat fingers in one direction. Under the trend of curiosity, Lu Yi dug in that direction.

Who knew that he would find a treasure!

After a while, every time he came to the garbage station, he would bring Lu San, the commander, along with him.

Lu San's eyes searched the garbage station for a while. After a while, she pointed to a place with her bright eyes.

She had an extremely strong perception, so she naturally knew where the "treasures" were hidden.

Lu Yi immediately rushed over. Before the other children arrived, the place had already been dug halfway.

After digging for a while, he exclaimed, "Eh? What's this?"

He raised a thick stack of paper in his hand and flipped through it for a long time, but was still confused.

Lu Yi carefully identified it from the dirt. "This is a ledger? What's the use of it?"

No matter what, he kept the ledger first.

Just as he was about to walk back, he saw Lu San still pointing in the same direction.

Lu Yi was puzzled. He searched around for a long time but did not find anything.

Suddenly, he saw a black thing in the bushes nearby.

He walked closer and took a look. He found something good. "Wallet! It's a wallet!"

Lu Yi shouted happily. He suddenly realized something and rushed to Lu San. "Look what brother found! We'll have meat to eat when we go home!"

He stuffed the wallet into his arms, picked up his sister, and ran back.

"Mom! Look what I found!" Lu Yi rushed into the house and took out the wallet in his arms and handed it to Zhang Yue.

"We can eat meat now!" Lu Yi said as he happily watched his mother open the wallet.

Zhang Yue took the wallet and looked inside. There was quite a lot of money in it.

She was a little surprised and immediately folded the wallet and returned it to Lu Yi. "We can't take this kind of thing!"

"Why!" Lu Yi was both wronged and anxious!

"This wallet must have been lost by someone else! There's even an ID card in it!" Zhang Yue said with a frown.

She had never doubted her son's character.

Since Lu Yi said he picked it up, he must have picked it up!

"But..." Lu Yi frowned and felt wronged. "He dropped it himself!"

Zhang Yue grabbed her son's hand and brought him to a chair at the side to sit down.

She said earnestly, "If someone loses something, it should be returned to them, right?"

"Yes! But..." Lu Yi wanted to say something again.

Zhang Yue smiled and said, "I see that the address on this ID card is in town. Why don't you give this wallet back to him?"

Lu Yi's face was scrunched up.

The meat that was in his mouth flew away just like that!

Zhang Yue saw the unwillingness in his heart. She pulled her son into her arms with heartache. "It's not ours. We can't take it!"

"If you want to eat meat, mom will go to the market tomorrow and buy some for you, okay?" Zhang Yue asked softly.

"No! I don't want to eat meat..." Lu Yi said and sniffed.

"Then you have to return that wallet!" Zhang Yue reminded him again.

"Okay..." a muffled voice came from Zhang Yue's arms.

Early the next morning, Lu Yi packed his wallet, carried Lu San on his back, and set off.

The road to the town was not close. Lu Yi carried Lu San on his back for two to three hours before reaching the town.

According to the address on the ID card, he found the owner.

The owner was Principal Wang of the town's primary school. He was anxious because he lost his ID card and could not go to the town for a meeting.

"Uncle, is this your wallet?" Lu Yi carefully compared the photo of the ID card in the wallet with the man in front of him.

He confirmed that the other party should be the person he was looking for.

Wang Cheng was extremely excited when he saw the wallet in the hands of the child in front of him.

"Yes, yes, yes! Where did you find it?" Wang Cheng took the wallet, looked at the ID card, and then checked inside, not a cent less.

"This wallet fell on the grass beside the Ji Wu village garbage station," Lu Yi said honestly.

Wang Cheng smacked his forehead and shouted, "Hey! It must have fallen off when I went to the countryside that day! Look at my brain!"

"Thank you, little friend!" Wang Cheng said with a smile, "Your spirit is worth learning!"

As Wang Cheng said that, he looked behind Lu Yi. "Is this your sister?"

Lu Yi nodded. "Mom is going out to work, so I brought my sister with me!"
