Me and Mike arrived at the diner as we were met with the owners of 'Freddy Fazbear's Pizza'. The place was decently bigger then the old one I thought. My mind was changing over the scenery I saw as I was interrupted.
"Hello there, I'm Jamie and this is Tod, we're the owners! I'm assuming you guys are the new night guards?" Jamie said happily.
Night guards? I just expected us to work late. Who needs a night guard for a pizza restaurant..?
Mike looked over at me then back to the two managers, "Yes we are, starting today." He said smiling.
"Great! Let me get your uniforms, I'll be right back stay right here" She said going to the back leaving us with Tod.
"Uhm uh so how old are you guys?" He said, he already reminded of. Uncle Will.
"We're both 16 sir" Mike said to the man.
"That's nice, I remember being your age, good times erm" He said as he laughed nervously, "don't mind me asking, what's your names?" He said.
"Uh-" Mike said as I quickly cut him off.
"I'm Alex and this is Chris" I said to the man confidently.
"Those are nice names eh.. Nice to meet you guys." He said when Jamie arrived back in time.
"Here you guys go, you have a few hours left til midnight so enjoy your time here for a bit." She said handing us the uniforms.
"Oh excuse me before you leave, may I ask what time we start at ma'am?" Mike asked.
"You guys start at 12 and end at 6" She said as she walked out of the store with Tod. "Good luck" She said throwing us keys as she shut the door.
Me and Mike slowly looked at each other and down at our uniforms as we walked to the bathrooms and headed to our assigned rooms. Trying on the uniform, It fit perfectly. It was a dark purple button up with a pocket on one side as the pants were black jeans.
Me and Mike both walked out as we ran into each other face to face. I was heating up as we both stepped back and he started checking himself out in the mirror.
"damn, we look good." Michael said laughing.
I laughed along with him as I checked my watch, we have 30 minutes now. What should we do?
"Here let's play some arcade games while we wait til 12" He said smiling taking my hand making me blush.

30 minutes later...
"Hey Mike" I said checking my watch. Seeing 11:58.
"We should go back i'm guessing? You know, so those demons don't kill us" He said jokingly grabbing his water bottle.
"Yep, cmon" I said rolling my eyes as we head to the office.
12:00
"Alright, you ready?" Mike said.
"Yep, this is gonna be a long night." I said getting the place ready as I accidentally pressed one of the buttons on a phone as a voicemail came on.
"Hello? Hello, hello? Uhh, I wanted to record a message for you... to help you get settled in on your first night."
Me and Mike looked at each other wide eyed not expecting that. The man sounded like Tod from earlier... maybe that's why he was so nervous around us I thought.
