Tamaki Suoh- You've had Depression ever since you were a child due to the passing of your mother.
It was raining. You sat curled on the floor beside the window in Tamaki's music room, arms wrapped tightly around your knees. You hadn't spoken in hours.
Tamaki entered silently, his usual flamboyance replaced with a gentle stillness. He knelt beside you, not touching, not speaking—just there, "I used to think if I played piano beautifully enough... maybe it would make people stay," he murmured after a while. "But music doesn't bring them back. Love... doesn't fix everything."
You blinked at him, tears already slipping down your cheeks, "I don't want to be here anymore," you whispered. Tamaki's hand slowly reached for yours, fingers trembling slightly. "Then let me be the reason you stay. Not forever. Just for today. And if that's too much... then just for right now."
You broke. The sob tore out of you like a scream underwater. Tamaki didn't pull away—he gathered you into his arms and held you so gently, it made the world feel soft again.
Kyoya Ootori- You've had Anxiety since middle school.
You'd spiraled.
The moment he came home, he found you pacing, rubbing your arms raw, muttering worst-case scenarios under your breath. Kyoya didn't say a word at first.
He simply set down his briefcase, walked over, and gently took your shaking hands in his, "Look at me," he said, voice calm, grounding. You tried, but your breathing was short, panicked. He led you to the couch, making you sit between his legs with your back to his chest.
His hands moved up to your arms, his voice low in your ear, "Breathe in. Four seconds." You followed his lead, tears falling as you fought the panic, "Good. Hold it. Now breathe out. Seven seconds. That's it... again." He said, you sniffled, "I'm a burden," you croaked, he shook his head "You're a priority," Kyoya whispered. "And I'm not going anywhere."
Kaoru Hitachiin- You've had Generalized Anxiety since childhood, just worried about too many things.
Kaoru always noticed. The way you tugged your sleeves, chewed your lip raw, overthought every move. That night, you broke down in their shared room. Hikaru had gone out. Kaoru found you sitting on the floor, shaking, "I'm sorry. I just... I worry about everything. I ruin everything. What if I ruin us?" you asked,
Kaoru knelt in front of you, gently brushing hair from your face. "Hey. Hey, no. You don't ruin anything, okay?" he reassured, you shook your head "I can't turn my brain off," you whispered. "Even when everything's okay... it doesn't feel okay." You said, Kaoru held your face in his hands, forehead resting against yours. "Then let me sit with you in the noise. We'll turn the volume down together." He reassured.
Hikaru Hitachiin- You've had Insomnia since you were a kid.
It was 3 a.m. You sat on the balcony wrapped in a blanket, eyes dark from too many sleepless nights. Hikaru stepped outside quietly, his hoodie falling over his eyes, "Couldn't sleep again?" You shook your head. "I hate the quiet. It's too loud."
He didn't press you. Instead, he lay down on the balcony with you, head resting against your shoulder, "Want to count stars with me? I'll make dumb jokes until you're too tired to keep your eyes open." You chuckled weakly, then teared up. "You don't have to stay." You said, "I want to," he whispered. "I'll stay until the sun comes up. And every night after."
Takashi Morinozuka- You've had PTSD after a bad trauma.
You flinched at the sound of a car backfiring. Dropped to your knees. Covered your head. Mori was beside you in seconds, not touching, just crouching low. "You're safe," he said softly. "It's just me." You were crying, gasping for air. "I hate that I still react this way. I hate that I can't be normal."
Mori slowly reached out, letting his hand rest over yours. "You are normal. This is your brain trying to protect you." He said, "I'm broken..." you whispered, "You're surviving," he said gently. "And I'm proud of you." He pulled you into his lap, holding you as if his calm could anchor your storm.
Mitsukuni Haninozuka- You've had Binge Eating and Bulimia since middle school people bullying you.
You were in the bathroom again, knuckles bruised, tears pouring down your cheeks as you stared at yourself in the mirror. You hadn't noticed Honey until he wrapped his arms around your waist from behind, resting his head against your back, "You're not ugly," he whispered. "You're not disgusting. I hate when you talk to yourself like that." He said, "I just wanted to feel in control," you said, voice shaking.
He frowned "I know," he said, tears welling up in his eyes. "But you don't have to hurt yourself to feel okay. I'll help you. One step at a time. Let's eat together tomorrow, yeah? Something gentle." You nodded, and when you turned to face him, he was already crying too.
Ritsu Kasanoda- You've had Obsession Compulsive Disorder since childhood.
You were frozen in place, unable to leave your apartment. You had checked the door lock ten times already—but it didn't feel enough. Your hands were raw from rewashing. Ritsu found you there, trembling. He sat on the floor beside you, "I used to count the cracks in the sidewalk over and over when I was little. I thought if I stepped on the wrong one, my dad would die."
You looked at him, startled, "It's not weird," he said. "Your brain just wants to protect the people you love. But sometimes... it lies to us." He gently took your hand. "Let's take one step together, and I'll walk you out the door. I promise nothing bad will happen."
Yasuchika Haninozuka- You've had ADHD since childhood.
You were curled up with your head in your arms, your to-do list untouched, dishes piled up, guilt eating at you, "I don't know why I can't just do things like everyone else," you muttered.
Chika knelt beside you, setting down a fidget cube and gently nudging it toward your handm "Maybe because your brain works like mine. Scattered. Loud. Colorful. Messy." He offered a soft smile. "You're not lazy. You're overwhelmed. So let's do it together. You wash one dish. I'll dry it. We go from there."
You gave a broken laugh, eyes stinging. "You really don't mind?" you asked, "Not at all," he said. "We're stronger in pairs anyway."
Umehito Nekozawa- You've had Schizophrenia after an accident.
You woke up from a terrifying hallucination, body drenched in sweat, reality blurry. Nekozawa was already at your side, lighting soft candles and pulling the blackout curtain closed to shield your senses, "Your mind played tricks again?" he asked softly.
You nodded, heart pounding. "I feel crazy." He gently touched your temple. "You're not. Your mind is just... sensitive. Magical, even. It sees more than others do." You were crying. "But I'm scared of it. Of myself." You whispered, "I know," he whispered, pulling you into his cloak. "But I'll never be afraid of you. You are not your illness. You're my light in the dark."
