Tamaki Suoh-
Tamaki insists on "healing the heart through sweets," so you help him bake strawberry shortcake for the guests. He keeps flour on his cheeks (on purpose?) to make you laugh. When you pipe whipped cream, he steals the bag and writes merci across the top—then, embarrassed, adds a tiny heart with your initials. You pretend not to see... but your blush gives you away.
Kyoya Ootori-
Kyoya treats baking like a controlled lab experiment: exact grams, temperature logs, cooling curves. You keep sneaking chocolate chips into the batter off-measure just to watch his eyebrow twitch. When the cookies come out better than projected, he adjusts his notebook and murmurs, "Perhaps your intuition has statistically significant merit." Translation: he liked baking with you.
Kaoru Hitachiin-
You show up stressed from home drama, and Kaoru pivots the whole afternoon into a "cookie therapy" session. He lets you mix, rage-stir, overfold—then shapes the ruined dough into little cats and hearts. "Messed-up dough makes the best cookies," he says. You laugh for the first time that day.
Hikaru Hitachiin-
Baking with Hikaru becomes a war. "Yours sink, you owe me a kiss," he smirks. You raise him: "If yours burn, you do dishes." Halfway in, he deliberately overfills the tins just to watch you laugh when the cupcakes mushroom. Later, he steals one of your perfect ones and decorates it with your name. "Guess yours win." He doesn't ask for the kiss—but he waits.
Takashi Morinozuka-
You and Mori make simple milk bread in the Host Club kitchen after hours. No rush. No noise. Just kneading dough side by side. You get tired; he covers your hands with his, guiding the motion. When the loaves rise beautifully, you tear one open together, steam spilling out. He says softly, "Good teamwork." Your heart rises, too.
Mitsukuni Haninozuka-
Honey shows you how to build layered mini cakes "just the right size for happy bites!" You decorate yours with pastel icing; he decorates his with your initials. When you try to save the prettiest one for later, he gently hands it back. "Eat it now—good things should be enjoyed while they're warm." You do, and he beams.
Ritsu Kasanoda-
He's all nerves and big hands in a tiny kitchen. You pick a simple banana bread recipe so he can't "mess up," but he still cracks an egg badly and apologizes ten times. When the loaf comes out golden, you tell him it's perfect because it's yours together. He turns red. "We should... do this again."
Yasuchika Haninozuka-
You and Chika attempt macarons—ambitious, chaotic, explosive. You both overstir the batter twice, underbeat once, and watch whole trays fail. On the last batch, he times the rest, you watch the skin form, and the shells finally rise feet. "See?" he grins. "We just needed to channel the chaos." He gives you the first one that doesn't crack.
Umehito Nekozawa-
The power flickers in the old club wing, so you and Nekozawa bake by candlelight—dark chocolate tarts, naturally. He jokes that baking in darkness concentrates flavor. You know he just feels safer dim. When the tarts set, you open the door a crack to let in a sliver of hallway light. He doesn't flinch this time. "With you," he says quietly, "I can stand a little light."
