Ch.1.5 A Conversation At The Leader's Office

All of these side chapter's will be told with Faith Nkosi at the centre. 

Faith was sitting behind her desk reading a newspaper with the headline:

"Power Struggle In South Africa?"

Pretoria 16 Jan 2018

It has been 4 months since strange things started happening around Pretoria with weird random destruction appearing damaging various buildings and roads. We tried to look at different cameras around the capital with permission from private security companies, but we saw absolutely nothing on footage. Just what weird events are happening? What makes matters worse is that the government is not willing to justify the recent issue.

Internationally the media and other institutes do not know what to think of this, as this was not the first time such weird phenomena had happened, but as long as there are no innocent lives lost, everyone will just turn a blind eye to this problem.

"Hmm I guess they can still cover up huh? Those Sages? Sometimes I wonder how they do it."

The entrance to her office suddenly opened. It was a man completely covered by his heavy armor.

"It must be you, Ruta."

"Yes Mrs Faith. I came in to remind you that the yearly Paladin Round Table for next week has been canceled."

Faith shrugged.

"I knew that this would happen with Xander kidnapped and the seal potentially being for the snatch."

Ruta's face could not be seen, but judging by him staring at the floor, he must have been sad.

"Yeah it sucks since I always liked it to see the 6 Paladin Leaders together speaking about important issues, with a Sage to ensure everything is going safely."

"Well and we would have been able to clear the misconception surrounding the Illidium distribution, but oh well there is always a next time. First the whole mess has to be cleaned up first."

"Yeah you are right, my leader. I shall head back."

Ruta left the office.

Faith looked once again at the newspaper, this time grabbing her with frustration.

"Just why does nothing work in our favor lately."

"Tsk."

"Damn it!" she slammed the table.

Alrighties time to get in elaboration mode again.

Regarding the media despite research not knowing what's happening is because the Sages are behind the scenes basically cleaning up. Both Phoenix Dragon as well as Mighty Dragons are not known by the normal masses. I just wanted to show a situation where you could see it outside the main books.

(Also ignore the date I don't remember exact dates of event in the SBC books, if there even are ones XD)

Next up is the Paladin Round Table, a non-canon event that happens every year between the 6 Paladins, also known as a discount Kage Summit from Naruto XD XD XD XD XD.

Also a fun little fact: Faith Nkosi possesses a special technique called Shamanic Energy, which is passed down from each leader for generations. It is where you can absorb energy out of different terrains/weather conditions.

Example: If it's raining outside she can absorb the energy making her able to temporarily use the water element, however her element of origin is nature and she can still use that at all times.
