4:06 AM.

With the coversation over, Basil let out a long exhale before he booted off his PC after Sunny had Logged out of the chatroom, His bulky white computer taking a moment to shut off, it's somewhat loud fan spinning down before Basil could shut his eyes for a moment, resting them as he rubbed the dark bags underneath them, he hadn't slept all night.

The blonde boy slowly stood up from the ripped-up office chair he had been sitting on for the past hour or so, his chilly room somewhat dim as the only illumination inside was a small desk lamp, his window curtains being closed. Basil yawned, he wanted to sleep but he just couldn't, not because of a stomach ache, but because he was too stressed, too stressed about tomorrow, too stressed about seeing Sunny again. Sunny was Basil's bestfriend of course, and he wanted Sunny to have a good time for once for his birthday, as he knew Sunnt had a hard time making friends in the city and was quite lonely, but he was stressed and scared about messing up somehow, scared about somehow hurting the boy that he had hurt before.

Basil stared at his wall blankly for a moment, his mind occupied with thoughts of disappointing his best friend or somehow doing worse, but he tried to shake it off, trying to stay somewhat positive while his mind was swamped with stressful thoughts. "i won't mess up, I'm just being stupid, everything will be okay..." Basil thought, shaking his head before walking out of his small room, passing various potted plants as he walked out of the hallway and into the living space of his home.

Tons of plants lined the walls of the house, a few new ones from the times Sunny still lived at Faraway and alot of old ones, there were 2 or 3 pots that were vacant of flowers, needing new ones as the old ones had died recently. Basil always felt sad when a flower died in his care, he felt as if he failed it, or had killed it himself, he was sensitive to all forms of life.

The living room was somewhat bright, a full moon illuminating the house nicely. Basil walked over to the old green couch infront of the living room's Box TV before he sat down, grabbing the sleek TV remote and turning on the TV. The television shot on and the sudden bright lights filled the living room with various colors. The audio started blasting through thie speakers of the TV and basil jumped, startled as he began to frantically lower the volume, afraid of waking anyone up, it didn't really make sense for basil to panic like that though, since Polly, his caretaker, wasn't there tonight and basil was completely alone in his dark house.

The TV was tuned to some late-night movie channel, and it was broadcasting a romance movie that was released a long time ago. Basil was never really a fan of romance movies, but it was the only really interesting thing playing at this hour, and Basil thought he might've enjoyed it. Plus, the movie was just starting.

Basil leaned back on the couch and brought his legs up, keeping his eyes trained on the screen as the boy held his legs up to his chest, a cold nightly breeze entering Basil's cozy home through a slightly opened window, causing the boy the shiver as the watched the movie. The movie was a raunchy Romance from around the 70's - 80's, it was cringy, and predictable, but it had a certain charm to it, a charm which Basil appreciated, so he kept watching.

About halfway into the movie, the couple in the movie were kissing in a theater, a very overdone romance cliché. Since it was so late, and since Basil hadn't gotten any sleep, the boy began to doze off, the lack of sleep finally overpowering his stress, his weak eyelids beginning to shut as he didn't attempt to fight back, his body slowy falling onto his side as he slowy fell asleep on the couch, his eyes shut tightly.

When Basil opened his eyes, he was sitting in an empty movie theater like in the movie he was watching beforehand, next to a boy. The movie they were about to watch hadn't started yet, and the ads were playing, Basil watched the ads for few moments before feeling something squeeze his hand, and looking to his left, to the boy he was sitting next to...
