Yule Ball

After the first task,it was now time for the Yule Ball which has been a tradition for many years.The boys' shall ask a date for the night and there will be proper dance and other stuff.

All the girls were excited for the Yule Ball and also for the boys to ask them out as their dates.Aayat was the least bothered one about all this,she was never into these girly things,she never liked being dressed up except without an important event and that too very simple.

Aayan on the other hand was far away from all these things as well,he was a bit shy so he really didn't knew how to ask a girl out and he had not liked a single girl since the tournament had began so this was going to be a tough one for him as well.

"Kya faltu ball yrr.....mujhe nhi jana h is bakwas mein(this ball is bullshit I don't want to go)"Aayan whined and Aayat sighed but didn't said anything.

"Ek toh partner zaruri hi h(bringing a partner is also compulsory)"Aayan sulked again.

After a few more mins of sulking Aayat said.

"Tujhe agar kisi ke saath nhi jana toh akele chala ja na(If you don't want to go with someone go alone)"Aayat suggested.

"Taaki sab mujhpe hass sake(so that everyone laughs at me)"Aayan pointed out.

"Toh kya hua?(so what happened)"Aayat said.

"Even I am going alone,dekh mere paas ek plan h agle saal wese hi chachu ki shadi h,humne toh jaana hi h waha aur humne abtak dance practice bhi nhi Kari h,Yule Ball mein apan sajh dhaj ke jayenge ek appearance denge aur phir gayab....hum kisi faltu class mein apni dance practice kr lenge kya kehta h?(see I have got a plan,after a month it is our Uncle's wedding and we are going to attend it and still haven't practiced the dance,we will get ready for the Ball make an appearance and then vanish from their,we shall look for an empty classroom and then do our dance practice there..what do you say?"Aayat asked raising her eyebrows.

"Sahi h bro(good plan bro)"Aayan said.

"Accha ek baat bata,meine toh kisi se pucha nhi h isliye mein akela ja raha hu,tu kyu akeli ja rahi h?tujhe kisine nhi pucha kya?(tell me one thing,I haven't asked any girl out so I am going alone,why are you going alone? hasn't anyone asked you?)"Aayan asked.

"Pucha tha mein mana kr diya(someone did asked but I denied)"Aayat said.

"Kisne pucha tha?(who asked you?)"Aayan asked a bit curiously.

"Oh please now no need to be all over protective about this...I am going alone anyway"Said Aayat and Aayan sat quietly.

Aayat was all ready in her Navy Blue color Ghagra-Choli(well it is an Indian attire with a skirt and blouse and a dupatta kind of like scarf to go with).It was the only nice outfit which she had owned apart from the normal casual wears,.She had bought this dress so that she could wear it on any other auspicious occasion,but because she was bored to go shopping for her dress she thought to wear this now.

It was okay to wear clothes showing your nationality,not necessary for everyone to wear heavy ball gowns.

Aayat came out of the girl's dormitory and was waiting at the gate of the great hall for her silly brother to pop up.

As she was waiting there a lot of boy's were busy checking her out,she was looking beautiful in the dress though it was simple navy blue blouse with a long navy blue skirt with some small design over it and a plain net navy blue dupatta with it,her hairs were left open and she didn't bothered to style them,her face covered with light makeup, her red-maroon eyes shone brightly and a bright smile on her face poping out her dimples on her cheeks making her look more pretty then she was.
