The school needs a new duelling teacher who can help students teach how to duel,because of what happened during the Chambers of secrets the headmaster thinks it will be good if students can duel well and protect themselves along with the DADA classe...
Severus and Mahira decided to take their children to Diagon Alley to get their school supplies and also get them their Hogwarts robes and other necessities,this was the first time the four would go out as a family and Severus as well as Maahira were excited about it,they had decided they would have their lunch outside in a muggle restaurant after shopping.
Severus and Maahira were already ready they were just waiting for the brother sister duo to come down.Aayan came down wearing a normal black jeans, emerald green tshirt and white sneakers,but when Aayat came down Severus frowned at the clothes she wore.

"What are you even wearing?"Severus asked her pointing his finger at her jeans which was torn from different places.
"Jeans and tshirt"Aayat said with a shrug.
"And may I know why your jeans is torn?Go and change or let your mother or me do a severing charm on it"Severus said.
"Oh relax dad, it's not torn,it's ripped and that's done purposely,this is fashion"She said and Severus looked at her as if she had grown a horn.
"What kind of fashion suggests you wear torn jeans?"Severus asked.
"This is muggle fashion and it's cool...and let's go and not waste time"She said patting his shoulder as he scowled at her.
"No you are going to change into something much more presentable"Severus said.
"No,this is what girls my age wear in the muggle world there is nothing wrong with it and I am not changing"Aayat said with the same scowl.
Before both of them could say anything,Maahira intervened and said.
"Severus, let's talk about her fashion sense and dressing style some other time....we are already running late"Maahira said and Seveurs sighed.
"We are not done yet"Seveurs said and Aayat nodded.
"Yes there is more to muggle fashion then you know"Aayat said and chuckled.

After that ripped jeans incident Aayat made sure to wear all of her clothes that were different and unique to wizarding world to tease Severus and rile him up.
All she had to do was wear those clothes and walk in front of him and he would start with his comments and opinions on those clothes.
For Severus the clothes her daughter wore were not appreciable,they were too informal for him,though she wore modest clothes and he was glad about it but still he never approved of her clothing style,while Maahira didn't mind her daughter's clothing at all.
"So how's this?"Aayat asked as she twirled in front of Severus to know his opinion about yet another of her muggle clothes.
She wore a black short jumpsuit that ended above her knee, showing off her long fair legs,the jumpsuit was sleeveless and had two pockets on each side.
