Next morning when Maahira got up she found herself in her husband's arms,she smiled at the sight of him sleeping so peacefully.She pulled him closer leaving no space between them for air to pass as well.Severus pulled her more closer in response and nuzzled in her chest.She wrapped her arms around his neck and ran her fingers through his hairs which were not at all greasy as they looked but were very soft and smooth.

"Sev"she called after a few mins.

"Hm"he just hummed.

"Thank you so much for what you did for me"Maahira said still moving her fingers between his hairs.

"You don't have to thank me for anything.....that was what I was supposed to do.....No matter what you will always have my back okay?"He said and she nodded.

Harry,Ron and Hermione were on their way to Hagrid's so that they could be with him when buckbeak would get executed, when scabbers ran away from Ron's grip and Ron ran to get him back.Hermione and Harry ran behind Ron.

(Coming straight to the shreaking shack scene where Harry,Ron, Hermione get to know that Lupin is a werewolf).

"Expelliarmus"Severus said and Lupin's wand came flying in his hand,he had followed Lupin as he suspected he was upto something.

"I knew you would help this murderer....I told Dumbeldore about it"Severus sneered pointing his wand at the two.

Harry was about to attack Snape but Maahira who came after him beat him to it.

"Expelliarmus"said Maahira and Harry's wand came flying to him.

"Do not do anything reckless when you don't know anything Harry"Maahira yelled angrily at him.

"Who is this lady over here now?"Sirius Black asked as he had never seen her before.

"None of your business....now straight away come to the point or I will hand you over to the dementors Black"Maahira growled at him.

"Feisty much huh?"Sirius chuckled.

"Give me a reason and I will do it Black"Severus sneered pointing his wand at sirius.

"Professor Maahira please hear him out"Harry pleaded afraid that the truth won't come out.

"Start speaking before I hex you"Maahira  said eyes burning with fire.

"Maahira,Severus it was not Sirius who had betrayed James and Lily,he was not the secret keeper,it was Peter Pettigrew who sold them to you-know-who"Said Lupin.

"Pettigrew is dead"Hermione said from behind them.

"No he is not....he is here with us right now"Sirius said with menace for the man.

"Where is Pettigrew then?"Severus asked.

"Ron can I have your rat?"Lupin asked Ron.

"What has scabbers to do with all these?"Ron said grabbing the rat tightly to himself.

"Scabbers has been in your family for so long and one of his finger is missing and all left of Pettigrew was..."Sirius was cut by Harry

"His finger"said Harry.

The rat bit Ron and immediately ran away from them trying to get away but Maahira immediately stunned the rat with perfect aim.

Sirius immediately picked the stunned rat i,e Pettigrew.

Severus pointed his wand at the stunned rat and waved it and the rat transformed into its human form,a short heavy man with few hairs and rat like face appeared in front of them.

Maahira immediately bound him with a rope with a wave of her wand.

"Everyone out of this shack now, Pettigrew shall be handed over to the ministry now"Maahira said.

"Harry start moving"Maahira said and Harry moved out of the shack followed by Hermione and a limping Ron then Sirius and Remus went and at last Severus and Maahira dragging a stunned Peter.

Once they came out,Maahira immediately casted a patronus and sent a message to Dumbeldore,a big blue lioness appeared from the tip of her wand and ran towards the castle.

Harry and Sirius were having a small conversation staring at the castle when Remus started undergoing his transformation and amid this chaos, Peter woke up from the spell and immediately transformed into a rat and ran away before anyone could stop him.

Sirius turned into a big black dog to be with Remus but Maahira stopped his dog form from approaching Remus when he was a werewolf.

"Do not go near him right now Sirius,you better run and go away from here right now....we will handle Remus till then.......go the ministry will still search you as Peter had ran away...you still need to stay hidden"Maahira shouted at him and Sirius who was in the dog form ran away heeding her command and running in the direction she asked him to.

Severus pulled Maahira behind her as he saw Remus transform into a full werewolf.Maahira had made sure that the kids were behind her.

Severus casted a strong shield charm around them and Maahira joined him,a thick blue circle formed around them protecting them front he werewolf's attack.The sheild burnt the werewolf as he tried to attack them.The werewolf ran away from them.Maahira collapsed on Severus who held her after getting tired of using her energy in the shield.

"You are alright?"Severus asked,he himself was breathing hard,the shield had really weakened them both,it consumed a lot of their energy.

"Fine"Maahira said breathing heavily.

"Maahira we shall take them to the castle now....before the werewolf comes back"Severus said and Maahira nodded.

"You take Potter I will take Granger and Weasley with me"Severus said.

They both knew apparation was not allowed in Hogwarts but they both had a special privilege to do so because of some reason.

Hermione and Ron held onto Severus for dear life and do did Harry for Maahira.

They immediately apparated outside the hospital wing to not draw suspicions.

They immediately requested poppy to check the kids and Severus immediately acioed a nutritional potion and himself consumed it and also gave to it Maahira so that they could recover from the fatigue.

"Is sirius safe professor?"Harry asked as soon as he woke up and saw Maahira in front of her.

"Yes he is....he is safe and into hiding right now"Maahira said with a smile.

"How did he manage to ran away from Hogwarts professor?"Hermione asked curiously.

"Well he ran away with the help of a friend"Maahira said with a smile.

"Friend?which friend?"Harry asked confused.

"I think his name is Buckbeak"Maahira smiled and went away.

Realisation dawned upon Harry and Hermione that Maahira had rescued Buckbeak from his execution and he and Sirius were both safe now.
