TEARS ROLLED DOWN TO YOUR CHEEK at the sight of Albedo dancing with Sucrose in his lab whilst your track player was on, blasting out a calm melody you and Albedo used to dance to.
"I knew from the start, it was you.." Albedo says, gently caressing Sucrose's cheek as they waltzed together in the cold, yet warm lab. "I love you, M- Albedo!" Sucrose stuttered, not so used to calling Albedo without an honorific as she was always so formal with him. Especially it's work.
He's always passionate with his work, and he always seemed to be amused only by the people who wield the slightest of his interest. It lessened his time for you, and you knew it would happen.
Like flowers, you grow beautifully. And as time goes by, you eventually rot and fade. Just like humans' feelings, they were ought to fade eventually and be replaced with anger, or other something else. But then, you, being one person of loyalty; one who loved truly and longingly, planning your future.. it hurt.
The moment was endearing as you reminisce the memories you and Albedo have made the past two years, hell, you two almost even got married. You just know deep down that it will never happen again, since it turns out, he never went back to shit he loses interest on.
"I promise to never even scratch your heart." Sweetness in his tone was heard as Sucrose only leaned into his touch, snuggling him comfortably as they were 'alone'. Sucrose being your best friend, you know she liked Albedo from the start.
And she always told you about it.
The two of you stopped talking months ago ever since Sucrose has dated Albedo, making you weary of the sight you see everyday. 'It should've been me..' was all in your head.
Envy filled your head and intoxicated your thoughts with wrath; in result you were enraged almost everyday, isolating yourself from the people who could possibly get mad at your rants. You've been taking pills to cheer up yourself, yet it wouldn't work.
You decided to give up on even trying to grip on life, just waiting for the time Celestia would take you away from Teyvat.
There was nothing you can do anymore, as it is done, it is past. Even if you could turn back the clock and remove their memories, they'll eventually figure out whatever happens to them as they are living, and their brains are fragile to thoughts.
You were bound to stay away from Albedo, since your parents took a heated argument very further to the point they involved him, cussing at him and despising how much he loved his work; this pissed him off, making him decide by a hint of passion.
"I'll just leave your (y/n) if you want, I don't have time for arguments as stupid as this."
It hurt you to the point that you barely thought of different thoughts. Immense pleasure was put in you as every time you thought of leaving the world for peace, yet no, you couldn't get yourself to do that.
It was time, you actually dealt with fate's selfish decision.
