"I" couldn't change anything at all.....

On the brink of collapsing, Tyrant clutches to the edge of a destroyed wall. She can barely balance herself even when all of her limbs are intact. The surrounding area isn't caused by destruction but by nature's erosion. Half of the building's ceiling has crumbled and a large hole made a large gap for most the sunlight to peak through.

"You should know well the consequences of your actions" Prinz Eugen META shakes her head in disappointment

The heavy cruiser stands right in front of Tyrant as soon as the latter twists to the side and presses her back on the wall. Rather than slide down because of her legs starting to tremble from exhaustion, she blankly switches her gaze at the heavy cruiser just a meter in front of her.

"I had to....go through it......to save Bismarck......" Tyrant could barely speak straight
"Death only awaits you, Tirpitz"
"I know that......but it matters very little compared to our goal"
"....." Prinz Eugen META groans
"I don't care what becomes of me but I won't let their future fade away"
"Perhaps I should already kill you. If I let you be like this, there's no telling how much you'd collapse....mentally that is"

Prinz Eugen META bends slowly lifts her arms and bends her fingers. Both of her hands reaches for touches neck, and she slowly squeezes her fingers the moment she makes physical contact.

"Bismarck and the others will find you in less than an hour. Before that happens, I have to make it like an accident" Prinz Eugen META boldly claims
"......"
"This won't end well no matter how I see it. Either you die or someone else dies"

Prinz Eugen META couldn't exert killing intent on her squeeze, so Tyrant is not bothered by Prinz Eugen META's attempt to kill her. Tyrant doesn't even move an inch or attempt to remove her hands from her neck. All she does is quietly stare at her.

"Don't kill my bait yet, Eugen"

Without even the slightest sound or warning, King George V stands right behind Prinz Eugen META and even on arm's reach. She points her saber, still has dried blood on its edges, at back of Prinz Eugen META's neck. The tip that could pierce any armor is right on Prinz Eugen META's skin. Just one push and it would pierce through out her throat.

"I need Bismarck as alive as possible. Both from this timeline and the past" King George V sternly states
"What are you up to, King George V? More importantly, whose side are you on?"

Prinz Eugen META removes her hand from Tyrant's neck, but she couldn't even turn around with the blade's tip still pressing her nape.

"I'm fulfilling a request on my benefactor's behalf. That's why I'm less considerate and taking this matter seriously"
"You made a deal with someone? To grant a miracle means a terrible price. What could you have possible requested?" Prinz Eugen META sighs in disappointment
"She wished for nothing. In exchange for power, she would serve as an agent of sorts"

Tyrant walks past Prinz Eugen META. She grabs King George V's blade and slowly pulls it away from Prinz Eugen META.

"You wouldn't know someone until in the face of death" King George V quotes
"Yeah, yeah. You keep saying that"
"I simply want one simple truth - the truth of one's bare nature in the face of death. Facing death myself made me realize I truly regretted being a knight because my efforts in vain. The 'me' from that timeline would be aware of it as well"

King George V swings her saber once to the side before spinning and sheathing it back to her scabbard in a dramatic way. She doesn't have the slightest doubt in her own words and even confidently gazes at an unamused Tyrant.

"Let's just say I found a better career choice and a generous employer as well" King George V snickers under her breath
"......"
"On your part, you just care without asking for anything in return. It's just your natural instinct to support and protect your sister. I wonder if your mind would still remember once that ironic influence rusts away your wits"
