"She is so pretty." Ariana gushed. Amari was in Ariana's office showing her pictures from Kenzie's party.

"Thank you."

"Did she have fun?" Ariana questioned.

"Yeah." Amari chuckled, thinking about how tired she was when they got home. Raven's parents had rented out the whole aquarium just for Kenzie. They were both retired and had nothing else better to do with their money, so they spent it on Kenzie. Plus, she was their only grandchild.

"I got her a gift." Ariana grabbed the large gift bag off of the floor.

"Damn, what did you get her?" Amari chuckled.

"I just got her some LOL dolls,  a necklace,  and some clothes." Ariana was big on gifts. She loved giving them and receiving them.

"I appreciate it."

"It was no problem, I hope she likes her gifts."

"Oh she will." Amari assured her. LOL dolls were her favorite.

"Well, I'm going to get out of here."

"Alright, I'll walk you out." Amari grabbed Kenzie's gift bag so he could put it in his car. Ariana grabbed her things and followed Amari out to her car.

Ariana unlocked her car doors and Amari opened her car door for her. She got in and placed her things on the passenger seat.

"I'll see you tomorrow."

"Alright." Amari closed her door.

When Ariana arrived home she changed out of her work clothes and into some clean ones. She then headed back downstairs so that she could cook some dinner. Tonight she was going to cook some tuscan chicken with homemade mashed potatoes and asparagus. Ariana wasn't really the type that liked to cook, but when she did it was good.

While preparing her food Ariana FaceTimed Tasha. The two hadn't talked in two days because of their busy schedules.

"Hello." Tasha's face popped up on Ariana's phone.

"Hey." Ariana spoke.

"Hey, what you doing?"

"Fixing some dinner."

"Oh, what you fixing?" Tasha questioned.

"Some tuscan chicken, mashed potatoes, and asparagus."

"Let me come over there and get me a plate because I did not cook." Ariana laughed.

"Alex going to leave you one day."

"He's not. Frozen dinners and fast food does him just fine." Tasha was not a cook at all. She was one of those people that could mess up something as simple as spaghetti. Whenever her and her family ate at home her husband was the one to cook.

"You going have to learn how to cook."

"Maybe one day. How was the game this weekend?" Over the weekend Amari and Ariana had went to the LA Rams kickoff game.

"It was fun."

"That's it?" Tasha was expected her to go more into detail.

"Yeah, we didn't do much we just watched the game."

"Oh, well I'm glad you had fun."

"Yeah." Ariana's phone began beeping, indicating she was getting another call. She looked over at her phone to see that who it was.

"Let me call you back, my dad is calling."

"Alright."

"Hello." Ariana answered her father's call.
