"Ack!" Marine cried after being launched several feet back by a fearsome punch. Its power alone was felt throughout the young raccoon's entire body like a metallic pole. She halted her momentum by digging her gloves into the muddy ground, baring her fangs as she glared at the albatross that chased after her. Without any hesitation, Marine aimed her right hand towards him and began to charge up an energy sphere.

"Oh no, you don't!" Storm bellowed, slamming his fist into the ground with enough power to create a shockwave. This shockwave burst through the raindrops and knocked the young raccoon off her feet.

"What the?" Marine gasped. He packs a wallop even at a distance? she questioned as her body tumbled through the air. The young raccoon gritted her teeth, she refused to be defeated so easily. Marine thrust her arm back and unleashed an energy blast that propelled her body towards the albatross like an organic missile. She brought her free arm back and focused a ton of her power into her fist. Electricity crackled around it before engulfing her entire hand within a bluish-green energy sphere.

"Take this!" Marine roared, thrusting her fist forward with the power of a mighty mammoth. Storm snarled before he moved to block the attack with his left hand. Their collision erupted the muddy ground around them, splashing the dirty liquid into the air as the young raccoon's power was enough to force Storm's feet into the ground.

"You little punk," the albatross growled. A sudden shock of pain shot through Marine's fist, forcing her to cry out in agony. She could feel Storm crushing her knuckles with his brute strength alone.

"You think you're stronger than me?" He squawked before pummeling the poor raccoon hard into the ground as the muddy water came down upon the two like a harsh rainstorm. Marine struggled to push herself off the ground, her mind stuck in a daze as she found it hard to remember where she currently was. She felt her bruised head and slowly looked up at the albatross that loomed over her as lightning enveloped the sky.

"I..." the young raccoon tried to speak, but fear latched onto her vocal cords. Storm reached out to her, his massive hands eclipsing the young girl's entire body. Through pure survival instinct alone Marine fired an energy blast at the albatross's lower beak, engulfing him in smoke. Storm didn't falter; however, he instantly swung his fist towards the downed raccoon.

"Crikey!" Marine yelped as she turned to her side to avoid the punch. Storm's fist struck the ground which once more created a shockwave that knocked Marine a good distance away. Her body tumbled within the wet soil, splashing the dirty liquid all over her fur. Storm glared at his opponent and bellowed a loud growl.

"Hold still you little brat," he demanded. Marine's eyes shrunk to the size of a pebble as she witnessed the massive albatross leap into the air and perform a foot dive. With a sudden rush of adrenaline, the young raccoon managed to push herself off the ground and jump right before Storm could crush her. His massive body shook the earth, causing Marine to lose her footing.

"Stubborn pest," Storm snarled. The albatross lifted his leg over Marine and attempted to stomp her face into the dirt. The young raccoon rolled out of the way, however, only being struck by the earth quaking under Storm's raw strength.

"I told you to hold still!" he squawked. The albatross continued to try and stomp Marine, only for her to constantly move out of the way in the nick of time.

I can't let him hit me again... she thought frantically. If he does, then I might... die, she worried. Desperation clung to her mind, no longer trying to think of a way to win this fight. The young raccoon needed to get away, she needed to run. With a couple sparks of energy, Marine fired a blast at the ground with enough power to launch her into the air. Storm, however, anticipated this and caught the poor raccoon by the tail.
