"You look great." Kaoru said when I stepped out from changing. I cringed looking at my body in the mirror. The pale, yellow dress looked awful with my complexion. It was hideous, and I didn't like it. "Kaoru-" "It's unflattering on her. Here!" Hikaru said handing me a boy's uniform. I nodded and pulled it on after taking off the dreaded girl's uniform. I put my hair up in a nice ponytail. "Are you gonna re-dye your ends to the original color?" Hikaru and Kaoru asked. I looked in the mirror at my hair. It was it's natural color but faded into a green at the ends. I looked at them. "No?" I said matter of factly. "Hikaru, Kaoru are you done with Reina yet?" Kyoya's voice came from behind us. I turned and he looked at me shocked. "Is there something wrong?" I asked. "Not at all." He answered, adjusting his glasses. "I just thought you'd wear the girl's uniform." He said as if he was recovering. "It was unflattering on her/me." The twins and I answered. I looked at the twins and we began laughing. "In all seriousness, you think I look good?" I said to the trio. "You actually make the outfit look good!" Kaoru said. "Thank you Kaoru." I said pinching his cheek. I walked past them and into the club room where everyone was buzzing around.
"Wow." I muttered. "Whoa Reina." Haruhi said. "Well, how do I look?" I asked her. "You look amazing honestly you make the guy uniform look good!" She said as I twirled. "Aw thank you babe!" I said. "So what are you to them now? Errand boy?" I asked giggling. "Reina." She groaned and I stopped. "Sorry sweetie. It was just way too easy." I snorted. I stopped laughing. "I asked that because you went to the grocery store." I said. "Here let me help you." I said taking one of the bags. "Oh it's fine-" "Nonsense. Ranka would have my head on a pike if I didn't help you." I said shivering. "He would not." "Wouldn't he?" I challenged. "Speak of the devil! Thanks for doing the shopping little piglet. Did you get everything on our list?" Tamaki's voice said, taking the bags from her arms. "Reina, a lady shouldn't have to carry the bags." Tamaki said, taking the bags from my hands. I scrunched up my nose. "Gross. Wait, did he just call you-" "What? Piglet?" Haruhi cut me off. "I'm going to slit his throat." I said through gritted teeth. "Hey, wait a minute, what is this?" Tamaki asked. "Just what it looks like. It's coffee." Haruhi and I answered. I put my hands on my hips, and cocked my head to the side, confused. "I've never seen this brand before. Is this the kind that's already ground?" He asked. I squinted my eyes con. "What do you mean? It's instant coffee." Haruhi answered him just as confused as me. "Yeah. It's literally just coffee." I said crossing my arms. "It's instant?" The girls surrounding Tamaki asked. "I don't understand the excitement: it's coffee." I whispered to Haruhi. "Whoa. I've heard of this before. It's commoners' coffee. You just add hot water!" Tamaki exclaimed. I groaned. 'Again, with this commoner bullshit!' The girls around him started to murmur. "I didn't know there was such a thing." "So it's true then. Poor people don't even have enough time to grind their own coffee beans." "Mhmm!" Haruhi grabbed my wrist. My fingernails were digging into my palm. Anyone, who I'm assuming, wasn't a million or billionaire are considered poor to these spoiled rich kids. How annoying! "Commoners are pretty smart." Kyoya stated. Hikaru grabbed one of the cans of coffee. "100 grams for ¥300?" He said shocked. "That's a lot less than we normally pay." Kaoru added. "I'll go back and get something else. Excuse me for not buying you guys expensive coffee." Haruhi grumbled, turning to leave. "No, I'll keep it." Tamaki interjected. The crowd gasped and I raised an eyebrow. "I'm going to give it a try." Tamaki said again. Another surprised gasp. 'You have GOT to be shitting me.' "I will drink this coffee!" He declared. Applause. "Alright Haruhi, get over here and make me some of this commoners' coffee." He ordered. Haruhi pursed her lips as did I.
"Oh Tamaki, now you're taking the joke too far. Your palate won't be able to stomach that crap. You don't have to drink it just because he bought it." a girl sitting on the couch where Tamaki once sat said. "Huh?" "Excuse me?" I said. "I'm sorry. I was talking to myself." The girl defended. I glared but I didn't have time to react or say anything back, as Tamaki began to call for his "pet" again. "Eh, I'm comin'!" She deadpanned. I spared one more glance to the other girl, and walked over to the crowd where Haruhi fixed the instant coffee quickly. "Here." She said holding the tray. She handed me a cup and I sipped it. "A shit ton of sugar." I said bumping her with my hip as I drank the coffee. "Let the tasting begin." Tamaki declared. 'I really don't understand. IT'S JUST COFFEE!' More murmurs came from the girls as they held their cups of what was to them, a foreign liquid. "I'm a little scared to drink this stuff." "I'm afraid if I drink this my father will yell at me." I rolled my eyes. 'Is...this for real?' "What if I let you drink it from my mouth?" Tamaki cooed smoothly to the girl. "Well then I would drink it." The girl said embarrassed causing the other girls to squeal. "This is ridiculous." Me and Haruhi said. The day seemed to go by as we learned more about the hosts. Hikaru and Kaoru had some incestuous feel going to them, and it confused the shit out of Haruhi. Soon Honey-senpai came in with Mori-senpai. "Sorry, we're running late." Honey-Senpai said with a yawn. I observed quietly. "I'm sorry. I was waiting for Takashi to finish his kendo meeting and I fell asleep. Mm, and I'm still not completely awake." Honey said. The girls around him giggled. "So cute!" They cooed. I laughed. 'He was adorable.' Haruhi wasn't so easily swayed. "Is that boy really a third year student?" She muttered. "Honey-senpai may seem young and childish, but he's a prodigy." Kyoya said from behind making me jump and stumble back. He caught my wrist and pulled me up right. "Huh?" Haruhi asked. "And then Mori-senpai's allure is his strong and silent disposition." Kyoya continued to explain. "Makes perfect sense." I said nodding. "Haru-chan! Reina-Chan!" Honey sang making Haruhi yelp. He jumped at us and I caught him in my arms. "Oh!" I gasped. "Hey Haru-chan, do you want to go have some cake with me?" He said from my arms. "Thanks, but I don't really like cake." She said, still catching her breath. "Then how would you like to hold my bunny ,Usa-chan?" He asked holding the bunny out to her. "I'm not into bunnies." She said. "Are you saying you don't like Usa-chan?" He said, drawing back. "Oh no honey. I'm sure he thinks Usa-chan is adorable! Right?" I asked Haruhi. Haruhi looked at the bunny and took him. "I guess he is kinda cute, huh?" She said. It seemed the light bulb came on in Honey-senpai's mind.
