scarlet stood above wolf on the porch while he stood on the ground next to it. "get on," he told her, his eyes twinkling. "what are you doing.." scarlet asked, raising her eyebrow, taking a half step away from him. wolf lunged and grabbed scarlet, swinging her onto his back. she screeched, laughing, as he galloped through the fields, racing for the woods. he leaped over streams and fallen tree limbs, cackling with mirth. scarlet leaned down and kissed his neck. "i love you," she murmured into his ear, grinning. wolf smiled and put on a new burst of speed, tearing through the woods.
