Chapter 9

It was finally the moment we all were waiting for.Party/Festival time.Stacy's mother dropped us off at the closest hotel to the beach /party. We all checked in at the hotel. We were louder then small girls playing dress up. We couldn't stop laughing, talking and gasping at everything. We reached our room and we all started settling our bags and choosing our sleeping spaces.

We booked a room for 5 which was a family room. Some of us had to share with on other. Of course Ava and Amelia agreed to share a bed and Stacy agreed to share bed with me since Lily is sleeping roughly. As we were all packing out we were talking about the festival. They informed me about how they party and what to say when we need help or get out of bad company. If we are in bad company we should shout 'Tampon' (they got the inspiration from the movie Rough Night) and we are not allowed to go anywhere far away from the others.

I was busy packing out some of my clothes for later. And Stacy was on her phone texting someone, Lily was on the balcony admiring the beautiful view. Amelia and Ava was softly talking at one side alone. "Why should my parents be so protective. I am not a child anymore. Thanks to the stupid school I got some brain cells." Stacy said annoyed. Ava and Amelia come up to us. Ava said,"Well since the party isn't starting till later, me and Amelia are going to explore the beach and the mall. Anyone wants to join in?" I didn't feel like exploring and I had to phone my mother back. "I will join in later with you guys. I had to make one phone call quickly." I said with a small smile, winking for Amelia. She instantly started to blush.

"I wish I can join but I have to quickly unpack and choose my outfit." Stacy said placing her phone on the bed. Lily wasn't even listening and was still admiring the view. "Well then we will be back later to get ready with you guys. Do you want anything from the mall?" Amelia said still red in the cheeks.Stacy rushed for her purse that was laying on the couch. "Yes, I forgot my lipgloss at home which I need for to night. Will you please buy me a pink lip gloss. Amelia you know which one I am talking about." Stacy said while searching for her money in her bag. She then handed a hand full of money to Amelia." Yeah I do remember which one. "She said gathering all her stuff.

After Amelia and Ava left,Stacy went to pack all her things out. Lily went to the downstairs restaurant to book a table for us for breakfast. For me I went outside to make a quick phone call. I rang my mothers number. It was ringing for a while when she finally picked up

"Sweetie, I am so glad you called. Are you girls alright?" Mother asked in a loud voice since she was still at work and I could hear the dishes, voices, footsteps and shoutings between people. "Yes Mother we are all alright. Everyone is settling down. We are going to get ready in some time soon."I said. She was breaking up a little." Sweetie... Glad.... Safe.... I.... Love.... Enjoy... Be.... Safe... "Was the words I could hear out of it all." I love you to mother. "I said before ending the call.

" Everything alright? "Stacy asked joining me on the balcony." Yes, I had to call my mother. "I said looking into the deep blue waters of the sea." I understand. I am glad you could join us. We really are happy to have you with us. "She said also looking over the sea." Thanks for you guys."I said."Emily if I may ask you don't really talk about your father?" She asked looking worried. "Oh, my father past away a few months ago." I said looking at the railing. "It's alright to ask Stacy."I said giving a small smile. She then felt relieved." I am sorry about your father. I didn't want to ask because something told me that if he was here you would have mentioned him. "She said.

Me and Stacy talked for hours on the balcony. We talked mostly about our families. Stacy's father was working at a very famous, skyscraper building company and her mother was a dress designer.She didn't had any siblings. For her it was not always fun. She was spoiled with stuff she wanted but the loneliness was not fun. She usaully hang out with the girls if not she would only soak in her bed with movies. Lily come in after what was hours. She was all cheery and happy. "You guys, I mean girls I had a wonderful time. One of the waiters was so cute and took me out for ice-cream. He had break time. We spend all our time talking and wondering around on the beach. I think I am in love with him." She said, eyes all sparkling. Me and Stacy looked at each other and started laughing.
