Chapter 16

Stefan POV

I got off from fooball practice.I was walking up to my room.I stopped at my dad's office door.He was working on Emily's dad's death.Emily's mother paid my dad a lot of money to get to the truth.He has been working over time and been doing a lot of digging.

"Hi son,how was practice?"He asked.He could tell that I was standing at his door.I opened the door and walked in.His desk was a mess with paper work.He looked very tired and I could tell he hasn't had a proper shower and meal today."It was alright.Coach are drilling us for the upcoming match."I said sitting down on the chair in front of him placing my bag beside me on the ground.

"You guys must be ready for this match.I want to see you guys succeed."He said.He was very strick with my sports.He wasn't to worried for my school work since I was a top A student."Yeah, how is work going?"I asked.He then sighed leaning back in his chair."It is going.I dug some new evidence up.Going out tomorrow to go see the guys.Seems like Emily's father took the business over from his dad back in the days."He said amused.

" Oh,sounds like a family business then."I said.He then sat straight up again more serious."It sounds like it but if it is then it means Ethan must become the new king.And if it is like that why is he here.I mean,we caught a few of the members of the gang and they didn't give much information but one did say that Henry wasn't doing bad stuff, he was helping the poor and innocent people who is living in the dark areas. He also tried to stop the drug gangs."Dad said.

Emily didn't know any of this and I really am feeling sorry for her."The thing is Stefan,who killed Henry that night and why? There is a lot of gangs out there but everyone was afraid of Henry's gang and for him.Unless someone wanted to take him down and take over his throne."Dad said once again.This was to much information to take in all at once.

I loved Emily but I couldn't lie to her and I couldn't keep this from her but this wasn't my business and it wasn't my place to tell her.I couldn't stand losing her but I couldn't stand being in a relationship with her and keep a big secret from her.It will drive her even more away from me.

"Dad are you going to join us watching the game tonight."I asked.Me and dad didn't spend a lot of time together since he was always busy with work and me with my football."Yeah, let me first take a shower."Dad said smelling himself and making a face.I only laughed and headed to my room.

Emily's POV

Ethan picked me up.The whole ride Ethan was asking questions for why I am crying.I didn't want to tell him and nor did I want to talk to Ethan about my love life. Eventually he stopped asking and let it go.

I catched up the rest of the day with my homework.Afterwards I had a quick bath and grawled up into bed.Mother was working late again.I was watching movies again.I couldn't even focus on the movie, my mind was drifting of the whole time to the fight me and Stefan had.He didn't even come chasing after me.It was kinda hurting me.Stefan wasn't in love with me and he only had bad intentions with me I guess.But it is over I didn't want to see his dumb face ever again.

Mom come into my room with a plate with warm pizza slices."Hi Sweetie,I got of little earlier.I warmed up some pizza."I gave her a smile when I saw her. I really missed her when she was working late."Thanks Mom,how was work?" I asked when I took the plate from her.She scooped in next to me."Oh Honey it was alright, just busy as always.How was school today."She asked.I didn't know what to say.

"It was alright.I had a lot of homework to do."I said taking a bite out of one slice."And your leg how is it feeling."She asked looking at my leg."It is alright little sore at times but I handled it."I said eating my pizza."I am glad sweetie.A young guy named Jackson come into the shop today and asked me if he could take you out tomorrow for ice-cream.Do you know this guy?"She asked out of the blue.

"Yes his my friend."I said placing the plate on my bedstand.She then gave me a look."Mom don't worry about him his just my friend.We have a couple of classes together."I said trying to assure her."Alright, I am of tomorrow, so he will pick you up here so that I can meet him amd you will not come back to late."She said serious.I gave her a big huy saying,"Thanks Mom."She returned the hug and gave me a kiss on the forehead before heading out to her room.

I was snuggling into bed ready to go to sleep when my bedroom window opened and a figure climbing in.I froze and grabbed my pepper spray ready to burn this persons eyes out."Please don't."Stefan said closing the window.I then sat my bedlamp light on and saw Stefan.He walked over to my bedroom door and locked the door.

"Stefan what the hell. I told you that I don't want to see you and besides you can't just climb..." Once again I couldn't finish my sentence when his lips crashed onto mine.His lips was warm and soft.His breath minty and his smell was amazing.He was warm and I loved it."Stefan..."I said in between the kiss. He stopped and looked me straight in the eyes."Stefan..."I said looking him in the eyes. Tears build up in my eyes.Why does he have this control over my body.

"Emily I was a jerk and I wasn't being fair with you and also not honest,but Emily I love you."He said. I searched his eyes and I could tell he his telling me the truth."Stefan why are you telling me this now?" I asked.He then took my hands into his holding it tightly saying, "Because it feels like I am losing you more and more everyday."He said. I could feel the sadness washing over him."Stefan if you told me weeks ago that you love me none of these fights would have happened."I said. He nodded in understanding.Why am I so inlove with his guy.

I then leaned in for another kiss and he he kissed me once more.We started of nice and slow and continued nice and slow.He then carefully moved me onto his lap.We continued kissing. My hands traveled into his hair giving him goosebumps.Then his hands slipped underneath my shirt traveling all over my bare skin.We started kissing passionately and rough.I started moving on his lap and I could tell it was driving him crazy.He then slowly laid me down onto the bed and still kissing me roughly.

Eventually we where both naked underneath the blankets,warm, inlove and both crazy for each other.You can just imagine what we did under the blankets...
