On Friday, A.J found out there was another Niffler put in Umbridge's office. The fluffy, black creature with a long snout, had jumped onto her trying to get at her many rings and pieces of jewellery. A.J was walking past when she heard Umbridge shrieking. A.J ran into the office to see the creature trying to take a chunk out of her arm. She waved her wand and the Niffler froze and fell to the floor.

Umbridge's hair was a mess and her clothes were misaligned, and she stood there panting lividly. When A.J had picked up the Niffler and retreated back to the doorway, Umbridge had managed to plaster her nasty smile back on her face.

"It was that Half-breed Hagrid." She said sweetly.

"Professor Hagrid is teaching a lesson miss, and I saw a student retreating from the grounds outside. They must have levitated it through the window." Umbridge turned to the open window she was pointing at. "That's why I came running up here. Are you alright now?"

"Yes dear, I'm quite alright." She said in her sickly-sweet voice.

"I'll go get rid of this then." A.J motioned to the fluffy creature in her arms.

"Yes, dear."

A.J left Umbridge's office smiling. She took the Niffler back to the common room and placed it on Lee Jordan's lap. Taking a seat beside him she chuckled quietly, "I believe this belongs to you. Please stop putting them in her office, she now knows they are coming through her window."

"I don't know what you're talking about." Lee disappeared into the boys dormitories with the creature in his arms.

Harry and Ron were playing Wizards Chess by the window, where they had been most of the day.

A.J had frequently been in contact with Professor Dumbledore and as June started, he kept her increasingly busy. She knew he was trying to keep her mind off Sirius, but she continued to feel sick in the stomach. Everyone would be putting down her tired, weak and rather slimmer than usual figure down to the stress of exams. Most people were showing signs of stress and she seemed no different.
