Lorde sweetie, I'm so sorry

Jimin sits at the table at the brunch place, trying to hold back his tears. Jungkook is gently storming his hand with his thumb. "We can ask for a box."
"No, it's okay. I'm just feeling paranoid. Should we check the cameras?"
"For what?"
"The eggs."
Jungkook pauses. "To see where you put them?"
"No. What if someone broke in and stole them? We we're away from the house for almost a full day. Anyone could've gotten in."
Jungkook chuckles. "Babe, no one's gonna break in to just steal some eggs. Who breaks into a multimillion dollar mansion to steal some eggs?"
Jimin shrugs. "I just feel like we should check the cameras."
"Babe... I get that you're paranoid, but checking the cameras for something this trivial is just going to make it worse. You'll start checking the cameras over little sounds."
"I guess you're right... Sorry for ruining your day off."
Jungkook squeezes his hand and grins. "You didn't ruin anything. I don't care what happens as long as I'm spending time with you."
Jimin grins back at him. "Can I ever come visit you at work? If I miss you? It's okay if the answer is no. I'm sure the employees would start saying things..."
"Baby, you're always welcome to visit. If someone says something, I can fire them in a millisecond."
"I don't want anyone to get fired. People need to make a living."
"But if they're homophobic—"
"Homophobic people are everywhere. They probably have families they need to provide for."
"Then they can find another place to make money. I'm not gonna let homophobic people work for me."
Jimin takes another bite of his omelette. "I think we should ask for a box... I want to save this for later. We should go home and swim for awhile. I need to practice being relaxed in the house."
Jungkook smiles and kisses his hand. "Of course."

Jimin walks down into the water and swims out to the middle. "This pool is way too big for just the two of us..."
Jungkook dives in swims around leisurely. "Then let's invite some people over. We didn't have a housewarming party."
"A what?"
Jungkook stops swimming and looks at him with a confused face. "... A housewarming party. Where you invite friends over after moving in."
"People do that?"
"Uh, yeah? Everyone does it. It slipped my mind because of all the trouble we were having, but we should totally have one."
Jimin tilts his head. "I've never been to a housewarming party. I didn't know it was a thing."
"... We've been to 5."
"When?"
"Veronica, Scott, Henri, Jiraldo, and Pavel's."
Jimin scratches his chin. "Those were housewarming parties? Huh... Cool. We should have one."
"Let's start planning. I have all this time off, so we might as well."
Jimin kisses his cheek. "Party planning is a lot of work. I don't want you to work during your free time."
"It's not hard at all. All we have to do is make a list of what we want and send it to a party planner. They'll get everything for us."
