Jungkook comes home late that night. When he walks inside, he sees Jimin cuddled up in a blanket and fast asleep on the couch.
He kisses his forehead softly. "Hey... How was your day?"
Jimin's eyes flutter open. After letting out a small yawn, he grins softly. "It was nice. I brought the cookies over to Sheila and I met our neighbor Holly. She said we're welcome to have dinner with her."
Jungkook smiles. "That's great, babe. Why'd you fall asleep on the couch. Our bed is so much more comfortable."
Jimin sits up and gives him a kiss. "I was watching the news. It was so boring, so I passed out."
"So you had the energy to turn the TV off, but you couldn't make it to the bedroom?"
Jimin frowns and looks at the TV. "I don't remember turning it off. That's funny. I guess I must've... No, I definitely fell asleep with it on."
"Maybe you woke up and turned it off."
"That's probably what happened. I've done that before."
Jungkook looks over his face and smiles even wider. "You're so stunning when you wake up..."
Jimin giggles and runs his hand through his hair. "You always say that, but I look horrible when I wake u–"
He interrupts him with a kiss. "You aren't capable of looking horrible. You're perfect. Do you want to go back to sleep or are you well-rested enough to stay up and chat with me?"
Jimin grins and gently laces their fingers together. "We can chat. How did the meetings go?"
"The first meeting went great. The dinner was a different story... I keep forgetting that not everyone is accepting of gay couples... Long story short, he asked me if I had a wife and when I said I was married to you, the rest of the dinner was tense."
Jimin runs his shoulder. "I'm sorry to hear that, babe."
