Jack pocketed his phone. "That was Hammond, we need to move."

"What, why?" Van asked.

"Maybourne is combing the area and someone told him they'd spotted us here. Which wouldn't have happened if someone hadn't gone outside," he replied and sent Lee a glare.

"What? We were out of ice!"

"Next time, stay inside. Come on people, let's move it."

Lee groaned and rolled off of the bed. "Is Maybourne ever going to give up?"

"Not as long as he's still breathing," Jack muttered. "He has the tenacity of a bloodhound."

"Can we go someplace five-star this time?" Oliver looked hopeful.

Jack grumbled, "This isn't a vacation."

Daniel raised his hand slightly to gain Jack's attention. "I know someplace we can go. It's about half an hour from here and I doubt Maybourne will think to look there."

Jack tossed him the keys. "Great, you drive."

"I call the position of the gun wielder," Teal'c said as they headed for the SUV.

"Shotgun, Teal'c, it's called shotgun," Jack told him. They piled into the vehicle, Van made certain to crawl into the back with Lee so she and Oliver weren't sitting together. "Okay, Daniel, get us out of here before Maybourne and his crew find us."

"Going." Daniel pulled out of the parking lot.

"Anyone want to fill the prisoners in on where we're going?" Lee called from the back.

"It's called The Cliff House," Daniel told her. "And you're not prisoners."

"She is," Jack told him. "It's her fault we have to move."

Oliver twisted around to look at Lee. "Thank you, I think I was getting some sort of bacterial infection from that place."

Jack slapped him upside the head. "You were not."

"No offense, Colonel, but are you a doctor?" Oliver eyed him.

"I'm not and neither are you, science boy."

"No, but at least I understand bacteria. I am a scientist."

"Don't argue with him, sir, it's a waste of time," Lee told him.

"And yet you do it anyway," Mal said. "Continuously."

Oliver began to list the types of bacteria he was certain had been occupying the motel room.

"If you don't shut up I swear I will throw you from this vehicle." Jack sent him a glare.

"And I will assist him in the effort," Teal'c added.

"Hey, that's not fair, I was simply attempting to educate everyone!"

"On a subject no one but you cares about." Lee gave his head a shove.

"Everyone be quiet!" Jack shouted.

The car's interior fell silent. Jack turned suddenly to glare at Lee. "Mock me again and you'll join your brother when I toss him from the car."

"I wasn't doing anything!" she protested.

"I'm sure you were," Mal told her.

She folded her arms over her chest and sank in her seat. "You're all very mean."

Everyone lapsed into silence for the rest of the drive. Daniel pulled from the road into the parking lot and Lee let out a small gasp.

"It's beautiful!"
