The sun was officially down and the two woman came out of their rooms. Ana and Rebekah came downstairs, only to see Alex talking to Damon about how he was a douchbag to Ana and Klaus watching the show. The doors opened to reveal Stefan with a duffle bag.
"Klaus! I'm here. Let's do this." Stefan yelled heroically. Ana's eyes widened at the sight of him. What the hell was he doing? Alex looked at Stefan and then back to Ana.
Stefan dropped the duffle bag in front of Klaus.
"Eight stakes made of white oak. Part of Wickery bridge you forgot to burn." Stefan stated, flinching at the sight of Damon. The four other people in the room looked at each other in disbelief. Ana and Rebekah got down the stairs and stood in front of Stefan.
"That's impossible." Ana said, looking at Stefan. Stefan glared at her with a cold look in his eyes and looked back at Rebekah.
"Actually, it's not. Your brother Finn is dead." Stefan bluntly stated making them even the more shocked.
"What!?" Alex said with a glare, standing next to the blonde.
"You killed my brother." Rebekah snarled at him, ready to tear his head off. But, a soft grip on her wrist stopped her from doing so.
"Eight stakes that can kill you in exchange for Damon." Stefan offered, ignoring their glares. Klaus stepped forward wearing a matching glare.
"And how do we know you're not lying?" Klaus asked him, skeptical about his intentions. Stefan gulped a little as Klaus looked at Damon.
"Leave." He ordered. Damon was too weak to even move. Klaus walked towards Damon and looked into his eyes.
"I said go home." He compelled. Damon immediately obliged and tried to set himself free. The traps tore through his skin and he screamed in pain.
"Klaus I think that's enough." Ana said, rushing towards the vampire. Rebekah sighed and looked at her brother.
"He's my plaything, Nik. Not yours." Rebekah told him. Ana glared at the hybrid, who shrunk in fear.
"Alright, stop before you hurt yourself." Klaus told him. Ana released the bear traps from Damon's wrist and he fell onto the floor in a puddle of his own blood. Klaus gripped Damon's jaw harshly and began compelling him.
"Minus the stake you used on my brother, how many more stakes are out there that can kill me?" Klaus compelled and Stefan watched in horror. Damon made eye contact with Stefan and looked back at the original.
"Eleven." He weakly answered. Now, Ana was furious at Stefan for lying, and so were the others.
Alex scoffed at Stefan's face. "You really shouldn't have lied." She told him.
"I'll bring you the other three." Stefan immediately informed them.
"Yeah that would be nice. Or, since you lied to me, maybe I can compel your brother to chew off his own tongue." Klaus said, smirking at Stefan, who was now frustrated.
"What is wrong with you?" Stefan growled with gritted teeth. This made Klaus frustrated too.
"What is wrong with you? Do you really have no appreciation for me? I have given you someone to hate, someone to loathe, a target for all your anger so you wouldn't have to turn it on yourself. I have given your life a purpose as a friend. I really think you should be thanking me."
Stefan sped towards Klaus and pinned him to the wall, pointing a white oak stake to his heart. Klaus grabbed the stake and threw it on the floor. Ana sped towards Stefan and separated him from Klaus.
"Stop it, Stefan! Take Damon home. Bring us the remaining stakes." Ana ordered to Stefan, who turned to look at her with a glare. He stared at her with a harsh look, making her even more angrier. What was his problem? Stefan, nevertheless, sped towards Damon and took him home.
It only took Ana to glance at the bag of stakes for it to catch on fire and burn into ashes. Ana looked at Alex and walked out of the house, the werewolf following her quickly.

The two returned to the boarding house and saw the brothers by the couch. Stefan looked at Ana and narrowed his eyes. The tribrid had enough of Stefan's glares throughout the evening.
"Spit it out, Stefan." Ana told him with a sharp look. Stefan shook his head and turned away. Damon and Alex looked at each other and went upstairs, allowing the two to settle their problems. Stefan turned to look back at her.
"I was worried about you! You didn't come home and you didn't even pick up your calls! And then, I see you at Klaus' house. Do you even know how worried I was? I wanted to tell you that we found more white oak. Instead, you decided to settle in the enemy's house." Stefan almost shouted, making her scoff.
"I lost control last night, Stefan. I drained those campers in the woods and I couldn't stop. I'm sure you know very well how pleasant that is! Klaus found me and took me home. That's all that happened!" She yelled back and the vampire's eyes softened with guilt.
"I'm sorry, Ana. I over reacted. But, I have something to tell you. Something you may or may not like." Stefan muttered and Ana already had a bad feeling about this. She sat on the couch and sipped Damon's remaining bourbon.
"When Finn died, Sage and Troy died too. Finn turned Sage and Sage turned Troy. So that means if we kill an Original..." Stefan trailed off, watching as the tribrid's eyes widened in realization.
"Their whole sire line dies with them." She muttered, horrified by the new information.
"Rose turned Katherine and Katherine turned all of us. So, Rose isn't from Klaus' sireline, then we can kill him. If we belong to his sireline, we can kill the other Originals." Stefan said and sat next to her. Ana shot out of her place and glared at him.
"No Ana, they took away so much from us! We have to kill them." He tried to convince her even before she could protest.
"I told you, Stefan, I'm not going to let you hurt them." Ana fired back. Now, Stefan's whole face turned red out of anger.
"So Damon was right after all. You're protecting them because of your soulmate bond with Klaus." Stefan concluded, harshly glaring at her. Ana's eyes changed as her pupils turned bright amber and veins trailed underneath her eyes.
"I don't care about love, Stefan. Esther linked my immortality to his! So if you kill Klaus, I die too. So tell me Stefan, who is it going to be? Me or precious Elena?" Ana challenged him with a small smirk. Stefan's eyes widened at the revelation. Ana watched as he was having an inner battle.
Internally, she was disappointed. And in the bottom of her heart, she desperately wished Stefan would pick her over Elena. Stefan turned around and blankly stared into the fireplace.
He knew he had to make a choice. If Ana wouldn't have returned to Mystic Falls, it would have still been Elena. He wouldn't have had to make a choice in the first place. He carefully contemplated his next words while Ana's heart thumped loudly.
"It's always going to be Elena."
