The two of them walked back inside and Venus went to the kitchen again, to help Narcissa with preparing lunch.
"Hello Narcissa, I'm back" Venus said and went to prepare the sandwiches. Narcissa looked over at her and smiled.

"all went well?" she asked while putting some pancakes on a plate.
Venus nodded and smiled.

Everybody sat at the table, Narcissa and Venus walked in to set the table.
"This looks so good Venus and Mrs. Malfoy" Olivia said while smiling.

Both Venus and Narcissa looked at each other "yeah, we're a pretty good team, aren't we Venus?" Narcissa said while smiling.

Venus nodded and smiled back "the best"

Both ladies sat down, Venus sat next to Scorpius and Albus, across from Draco and Narcissa.
"Delicious as always Veen, you know your stuff" Albus said half moaning when he took a bite.

Venus laughed "Charming Al, that noise was very lunch appropriate" Albus gave her the stink-eye and went back to eat.

"I'm not giving you any compliments anymore today." This made her laugh harder and she put her head on his shoulder.

"please forgive me almighty Potter" he grinned an put his head on hers. She looked over at Malfoy, and he looked rather pissed, as usual.

After lunch they all went to the living room. "I won't be staying long, I'm going to visit Andromeda and Teddy soon" Narcissa announced.

"That's quite alright mother, send my love to them and I see you on New Years" Draco said and kissed his mother goodbye. Scorpius went and hugged his grandma. Venus got up and Narcissa pulled her into a hug, again.

"It was lovely seeing you again Venus, owl me anytime you want to talk, or for advise" she whispered in her ear. Venus smiled and hugged her tightly before letting go.

"I had a pleasant time with you Narcissa, thank you" Narcissa smiled and waved the others good bye.

Later that day
"So Veen, I've noticed you're already besties with your future mother-in-law" Carmen teased.
The two girls sat on her bed, picking out a cozy pajama for tonight.

Venus snorted at that "I don't even know what Draco and I are, but I really do like Narcissa, she's such a lovely lady"

Carmen snickered at that "she seems to like you too, she only lets you call her Narcissa, and only hugs you, I think she even talked more to you and she did to Scorpius and her own son"
Venus nudged her friend in the ribs while rolling her eyes playfully.

Someone knocked on her door. "Come in!" Venus yelled.

Avery walked in with clothes in his hand "Okay, so Albus and I got all of us marching onesies back in Hogsmeade. And you two have to wear it too, even mr. Malfoy is wearing one" he said and handed the onesies to the girls and walked out of the room again.

'These are fucking ghastly" Venus said while holding up one of them. It was a reindeer onesie, and Carmen had a Christmas elf. Carmen grinned mischievously at her and her onesie.
Venus raised one eyebrow at her. "what are you laughing about, yours is worse"
