Once everyone is in the banquet hall, Jin Guangshan announced that without the help from all of the clan they wouldn't be able to take down Wen Rouhan.

"You didn't do anything Sect leader Jin," everyone turn their attention to Wei Ying who is sitting next to Lan Zhan.

"Excuse me?" Jin Guangshan is annoyed that Wei Ying said that he didn't help out.

"You heard me, you didn't do anything. You didn't even lay a finger in this war! You didn't even help with the fighting! All you did is, sitting on your butt while flirting with those whore!"

'Goodness Wei Ying. I didn't expect you to be the one to speak up. I am proud of myself.'

Wei Wuxian looked at Yu Ziyuan, "Why don't you shut your trap Yu Ziyuan? What my didi said is true."

Yu Ziyuan hold back her anger toward Wei Wuxian and Wei Ying. She turn her attention back to the solution in front of her.,

"Since Sect leader Jin didn't get involved in this war, he doesn't deserve to be sitting up there or deserve the tittle of Xiandu." Whispered went around the room, some said that Wei Ying is right and some said that since the Jin have tone of money he should be the next Xiandu.

"Do you really think money can buy everything? Do you think money can make someone a Xiandu? No, Xiandu is someone who can change the world, help those who is in need and stand for justice. Do you all think Jin Guangshan can do that?"

This got both Jin Guangshan and Jin Guangyao angry because Jin Guangshan didn't get the role of Xiandu. That mean Jin Guangyao won't get the title as well.

Lan Wangji turn to look at Wei Wuxian who is holding back his laugh, 'Wei Ying, your enjoying this aren't you?' Wei Wuxian turn to his left, he see Lan Wangji looking at him with an amusing smile on his face.

While everyone is having a good time, Wei Wuxian felt eye on him. He know who it is, 'Sorry, I won't let you get your hand on the Amulet. I will destroy it after this banquet is over.' Wei Wuxian drink his wine while glancing up at Jin Guangshan then to Jin Guangyao, 'I definitely know what they will do next, I am way ahead of them.'

Both Wei Wuxian and Wei Ying is getting bored just by sitting in the same place for over an hour or so, "Lan Zhan, I'm bore, can we go get some fresh air?" Wei Ying whispered to Lan Zhan, who nodded his head.

Wei Wuxian see his didi and Lan Zhan left the banquet hall, he tugged on Lan Wangji sleeves, Lan Wangji also see Lan Zhan and Wei Ying left the room as well.

"Do you want to leave as well?" Wei Wuxian nodded his head, so the two got up and left the banquet hall as well.

When the two of them are out of sight, Wei Wuxian turn to look at Lan Wangji, "Lan Zhan, Jin Guangshan and Jin Guangyao is suspicious of me. I think they know something," Lan Wangji gave a slight nod to his head at what Wei Wuxian just said.

"We should destroy it as fast as possible."

"Mn."

"Hey Da Ge! Xiao Ge! Let's go look at around in Qishan!" Wei Ying waved his hand back and forth toward Wei Wuxian and Lan Wangji. Even though is dark outside, Wei Wuxian can see Lan Zhan head turn away from a smiling Wei Ying. He look down at Wei Ying hand and Lan Zhan hand.

"Is it just me or our past life is getting closer and closer," Lan Wangji follow Wei Wuxian eye, His past life and Wei Wuxian past life is holding hand.

Wei Wuxian look back to Lan Wangji, "Lan Zhan, why is your ear red?"

"Is nothing, come on," Lan Wangji walk away from a smiling Wei Wuxian, "Hey wait for me!"

All four of them walk around Qishan city, the place once fear the outside world and the other cultivator but now since Wen Rouhan is gone they have nothing to fear, they can be free like they once were before Wen Rouhan take over as the Wen clan Sect leader.

After a while of walking around Qishan city the four of them walk back to NeverNight.
They see everyone is leaving the banquet room, "let's wait here for Qingheng Jun and Xichen ge to come out."

"A-Die, there they are," Lan Xichen pointed to the four waiting outside of NeverNight.

"You know A-Huan, Wuxian sure is bold tonight he dare talk back to a sect leader like that. One thing for sure, everything he said is the truth."

"Mn. What Wuxian is the truth, Jin Guangshan didn't even help out one bit with the war. Only his son and nephew help out with the war and he didn't."

"Xichen ge, Qingheng Jun, is it time to head home yet?" Qingheng Jun smile, Lan Xichen smile as he nodded his head.

"Wuxian, did you guys have fun?" Wei Ying nodded his head as they got onto their sword and fly back to Gusu.

When the Lan clan got back to Cloud Recesse Wei Wuxian went to pull Wei Ying to the side. "A-Ying, Lan Xiao and I are heading out to do something, can you stay at home by yourself?" Wei Wuxian asked his didi.

"Yeah, I can always stay with Lan Zhan if I want too."

'Sigh, that's true ,' "okay, don't stay up late." Wei Ying nodded his head. He run back over to Lan Zhan side when he head, "Jin Guangyao is holding a hunt on Phoenix mountain in two week. He will send the invitation soon."

"What are they up too?" Lan Zhan asked, this got his father, brother and Wei Ying to look at him with the same question as well.
