"Where's Malia?" Bella asked just as the girl joined their side wearing dark large sunglasses.
"Here and severely hungover, never let me let your friend Jake trick me into going to a party."
"You hung out with Jake?"
"I ran into him, he invited me to some party, never saw him though, or maybe I did and can't remember." I explained and Edward glanced over.
"Is that why you didn't come home last night? We assumed you wanted to stay at Sam's." Edward said rolling his eyes.
"Oh, crap." I said seeing Mike jogging over.
"What's wrong." Bella asked and Edward just smirked.
"Hey, there sleepy head. Leah called from your phone, said you passed out watching a movie." Mike said smile on his face, luckily he couldn't see the confusion on her face through the sunglasses.
"It'll be the first and last time I watch a movie." I said keeping the lie going as I let him grab ahold of my hand.
"So, any plans this weekend?" Mike asked and I shrugged looking at Edward.
"We have a family thing, we'll be away." Edward answered for me, which most people were used to. Tyler called Mike over, so he kissed my cheek, and dropped my hand and ran over to his friends.
"Why don't you want to see him?" Edward asked and I just passed him my phone.
They both stopped stunned seeing a picture of the brunette girl, kissing some tan, buff looking boy.
"I was so out of it, Leah dragging me into playing spin the bottle, I didn't know what it was until I was already in." I explained taking my phone back from them.
"You can explain to Mike what happened, I'm sure he'll understand." Bella said as I shoved my phone into my pocket.
"Or you could act like it never happened." Edward said and Bella gave him a look.
"Mike's good for you, he's patient. I just don't want to see you loose him over some dumb childish game." Edward explained and I just sighed, knowing I was going to take his advice.
"Are we still on for baseball tomorrow? I need a distraction."

"Mal is new to this obviously, she doesn't quite understand the rules." Edward explained to Bella as they got out of his car.
"Just catch the ball, and throw it to the base the batter is near, it's not that hard." Emmett said rolling his eyes, this being the forth time this morning he explained it to the girl.
"Hey, Bella you playing?" I asked and the girl shook her head, purely amazed by the supernatural baseball game.
"Good, we need an umpire." Esme said to her.
