{~On he way to bowling~}
Right now I'm in finnicks car and he's driving me and Annie to bowling. Because we're his favourites apparently. Im excited as heck to see Katniss. Yes, after 5 years I finally get to have my best friend back. Although I kind of want us to be more than that.. no, Peeta stop. She'll never like you that way.
"I'm so excited to see Katniss! We haven't seen her in years. I'm surprised she hasn't forgotten us. According to Thresh." Annie says enthusiastically.
"Mhm. She's like a little sister to me, and what do big brothers normally do to their little sisters?" Finnick asks, knowing we hate when he asks this because he makes us say the answer over and over until he's satisfied.
"Annoy them." Me and Annie mumble at the same time.
"What? I cant hear you!" Finnick yells annoyingly.
"Annoy them!" We shout in union. He seems satisfied.
"Good children." Finnick says, I roll my eyes.
We arrive and hop out the car. We look around the parking lot and see Thresh and Catos car, which means Marval and Glimmer are the only ones not to arrive yet. We make our way inside and we spot Foxface at a eating area almost instantly. She sees us and gestures for us to come to her.
"Hi, guys!" She says, with a small smile on her face. We smile back.
"Hi, foxy, wheres Kat and Thresh?" Finnick asks.
"Getting us food, we knew that Marval and glimmer would end up.. getting 'caught up' for a while." Foxy replies, when we say 'caught up' we normally mean making out, or doing the 'deed'. Foxface gestures for someone to come over, I look in the direction shes waving to and see Katniss and Thresh walking over, with food in their hands, Katniss looks over to me and her eyes light up and she smiles a bit, I smile back. When they arrive at the table Katniss puts her food down and runs to hug me, i wrap my arms around her and bury my head in her hair.
"I missed you, Peeta." She mumbles into my chest.
"I missed you too, Kat." I mumble. When we finally pull out of the hug she hugs the rest of the group and after she gives the last hug to Madge, that's when the lovers finally decide to make an appearance.
"Hi, lovebirds. What you been doing this time, Marval? Knocking her up?" Finnick says teasingly with a big smirk plastered on his face. Typical Finn, always teasing people. Glim and Marval both go a deep red and I let out a chuckle. I feel someone staring at me and look over my shoulder to see Katniss, with a small smirk on her face, why is she so cute? Snap out of it Peeta. She doesn't like you that way, I finally snap out of it and smirk back. Her eyes flicker to my lips and she immediately shakes her head and looks back at Glimmer and Marval. They both notice Katniss and all three of them have a group hug.
We have a load of fun and Marval won most of the games.
We say bye to each other and head back to the school. Me and Katniss want to catch up so we talk for about and hour while in the meadow. "Its amazing to be back home." Katniss says. I smile at her. I check the the time and see its 7:00pm, we need to be back by nine or we'll get detention tomorrow for being out later than we're aloud. Katniss and I decide we will start heading back, I'm driving since everyone else is gone.
"So, what's happened while I was gone?" Katniss asks.
"Well, Glimmer and Marval are a couple now, Cato and clove have very strong feelings for eachother but won't admit it, same with Annie and Finnick, that's it really." I say, keeping my eyes on the road. I have to admit, I'm in love with Katniss, but nobody needs to know that, for now.
We arrive at the school and I park my car. Katniss fell asleep half way home, I don't want to wake her, I'll just carry her in. I get out the car and walk to Katniss' side, I open the door and pick her up gently and carry her in bridal style.
I arrive at dorm 451 and knock on the door with my right hand, holding a sleeping Katniss in the other. Thresh answers and let's me in.
I walk into the bedroom that says her name and walk inside, I place Katniss in her bed gently and kiss her temple.
I say goodnight to Thresh, and go back to my dorm.
