World Of Zombies

-ALEX'S POV-

"Hey! Guys!" Riley screams out. "I see a hotel! Not many zombies are around it either!"

"Let's go!" Before I could finish speaking Riley and Maggie are already half way there. It's been three days of walking. I think we are in Wisconsin. No sign of Clarissa or lily. We ran into three zombies. That's it.

"The doors are open, nothing is inside. It's a one floor hotel also, so no zombies." Maggie states. Riley goes in first to check it out. He gives us the all clear sign and then let's Maggie and I come in.

"Okay, Riley" I stop by room 2B. "Go grab the key to room 2B." I put my ears against the door. Nothing. Where are all the zombies?

Riley comes back with the key and hands it to me. I open the door, to my surprise the electricity is on. I walk over and see that whoever was here was using a generator. The water also is working! I could stay here for awhile.

"Okay, so electricity and water are working. We have enough food for now, if we run out there is a food machine at the end of the hall. We are all good." I lay down on my bed thinking about all of the good things that happend. Maybe we could survive this apocolypse. Maybe the next apocolypse is a unicorn or a spider! EEEKKK! I can't even bare to think about a spider apocolypse. Lets just say suicide would be my death.

"Are Riley and I sharing a bed?" Maggie questions me. My first reaction was going to be: no dur you are sleeping with Riley. He yo boyfriend Gurl why wouldn't he. But instead I said

"Yes you are sleeping with Riley. Unless you want me to sleep with your boyfriend" I winked and laughed. I'm quite the comedian. Not. Maggie shook her head.

"Well I'm going to take a shower! I probably smell like rotten fish!" Riley and Maggie nodded quickly. I laughed and went into the bathroom. The sweet smell of soap filled my nose. Every breath was accompanied by new scents. As I stripped down my clothes I couldn't stop thinking about the nice water.

Stepping in was heaven. The warm water against my skin, the shampoo in my hair making it smell fruity, the conditioner, oh the conditioner. It felt so good to finally be able to brush my hair.

While Riley and Maggie were exploring the hotel I looked in the closets and chose out a new outfit. A camo top and black corduroys. I walked back into the bathroom and checked the drawers. I found some makeup, moisturizer, towels, brushes etc. I applied the moisturizer and then some makeup. It felt nice not to have dirt and blood on me and actually feel good. Like a new person. I was in a fantasy world until Maggie and Riley came back.

"Haha this place is cool!" Maggie said as I walked out. Maggie's mouth was wide open, and honestly mine would have been to. She ran past me into the bathroom and turned on the shower. Probably wanted to feel as good as I do.

"So what did you two find?" As I turned to Riley I could see that his face was just like Maggie's, but when he saw me turning he quickly went back to his normal straight, expressionless face. He didn't answer for awhile, maybe 5 minutes?

"Oh we just found a cafeteria, and a pool," I nearly melted. A cafeteria. It's been so long. I want real food. All I did was smile.

After Riley and I's conversation the night went by quickly. We all chatted and laughed. Actually had fun. I was getting tired and I could tell Maggie was too. I called it a night and went off to bed.

Sorry it took so long! I made a story and then accidentally deleted it. It was 7 pages long and really good. I was so mad. But here it is. The new story! Comments votes and fans are always appreciated!
