World Of Zombies

Close call

I'm hanging on to the roof, I feel hands, or other body parts touching my feet. My feet are dangling off the roof. Half of my body on and half off. I watch as Corbin is shooting the zombies. I sigh internally when I realize he doesn't know I slipped. I pull the rest of my body up and hear a scream.

"ZOMBIES IN THE HOUSE", Madison yells.

I hear feet running around inside. When I am safe on the roof and listening to the shooting I see Riley. He is sitting down. He has an evil smirk on his face. Is he controlling it? Clarissa sticks her head through the hole in the roof.

"Rdawg isn't with us anymore," she speaks quietly and softly. "She turned, Madison got scared and shot her."

I look over at Clarissa. A sob washes over me but I hold it down. Crying at this time wouldn't be appropriate. Especially because I barely knew her. She was just another person. I look away. Clarissa can tell I'm not happy but when we hear another scream she drops her head down. I figure Corbin is doing okay cause he's not dead yet. I jump through the hole in the roof and she lily battling with a zombie. It's kind of entertaining because lily isn't very strong but she is beating the zombie. I walk around with my gun ready and loaded. I pass by Rdawgs dead body. She still looked like herself, but she has a hole in her head.

I hear someone walk behind me. I immediately turn around and point my gun. When i see it's Olivia I move my gun down.

"When you were little did you ever hear the stories where a group of people controll the apocolypses?" She asks.

"I have heard the story once," I answer.

"I have a theory. I think Riley is one of those people."

I look at her. Then I realize she is probably right. Zombies aren't touching him. I walk away from Olivia. I head into my room and see a zombie roll into the window. I can't help but laugh, is top laughing at shoot her. I sit in the center of the room. The safest part. I hear all the zombies moans and groans stop. I stand up and look out the window. They have all vanished. I look around and spit Riley. He stands up and is about to walk inside when Olivia reaches him. She punches him in the face. He looks angry. He looks at Olivia and before anything can happen I see Corbin jump off the roof. I run out of the house followed by lily and Madison. We hold our guns up to Riley. Corbin and Olivia doing the same.

"Riley remove your weapons," lily yells but before lily can get close to him, he pulls out a gun.

"Put the gun down-," Madison starts but Riley grabs her and puts her in a headlock.

"Riley let Madison go," I scream. Everyone looks at me. My cheeks become red. I wasn't supposed to yell. It just slipped out.

"Why should I let her go! I didn't do anything!," Riley says with a stern look. Although his voice is convincing nobody believes him. It all becomes very silent. A gun shot sounds, Riley drops Madison and holds his foot. Corbin tackles Riley and grabs his hands, he ties them around Riley's back. When Corbin makes sure Riley can't move, Olivia, Madison, lily, and I hold our guns up to his head.

"If you say another word about how you didn't do anything I will personally shoot you then rip out your heart and cut it up," lily says and I can't help but laugh. I laugh so hard I almost fall. Clarissa walks outside and has a confused expression on her face. She pulls out her gun and also holds it up to Riley's face.
