"Where do you think you're going, huh?" A hand hastily stopped her.

"Out. Hang with my fellow zombies, why?" She said brusquely before yanking his grasp on her, the pain from the pang on his chest was evident through the look of his eyes– pleading, fear, disappointment, distress, hurt.

She can hear the others who's standing in the middle of the room babbling while watching the scene on the front.

"Ohh–" Wu-jin got a smack on his head by Joon-yeong.

"That's funny, though. Nice joke," Dae-su whispered-yell getting a nudge on his ribs from Wu-jin. Them not really taking the situation serious because of Jae-won's remarks, while the two trying to stop her is now feeling mixed emotions.

"Let her be," Ji-min lowly blurted, not knowing the girl could hear everything they're saying because of its upgraded sense of hearing. But she herself doesn't know that the symptoms are already starting. She thinks their voice are just loud enough for the four sides of the room to hear.

"That's enough, Jae-won," Nam-ra said sternly looking calm as usual, keeping her cool.

Why do angry calm people are scarier than those who go wild? She thought.

"Jae-won, it's fine... Don't mind what they were saying," Gyeong-su approached, "Just stay."

"Not really minding, though. Just can't resist breathing the same air as the angel right here," she growled, "I rather breathe the same air as the devil's."

"Burn!" Dae-su and Wu-jin expressed to each other.

Ms. Park sighed, "Kids... Let's not talk about this now. Let's discuss what should we do next."

"C'mon, Jae-won-ah. Sit with us," On-jo called, signaling for her.

"Do you guys hear that?" She went farther from them as Su-hyeok rushed to get a hold of her again.

"No–"

She hushed before leaning her ear to the door, "Shh, relax. I won't escape."

She grimace hearing the disgusting sound not far from them–– well, for her it doesn't seem far but it actually is, "Do you hear it?"

"Hear what?" They narrowly eyed her moves.

"I can't hear anything.... You?" Dae-su mumbled to someone beside him, Joon-yeong who only shook his head.

"Why she suddenly acts weirdly?"

"Maybe cause of hunger?" Dae-su stated unsure, "I'm hungry too but I don't act that way."

Wu-jin scoffs, "It's because you're always hungry and even you're not you always act and say weird things."

"Rude as hell."

"It stopped."

"What did?" On-jo asked.

"The puking. It sounded like someone's puking and it stopped."

She started sniffing to the nothingness gaining attention and weird looks from them, squinting their eyes.

"What's with you?"

"I smell food," she stopped before looking around growing aware of the eyes on her, making them back away from the lass a little, except Nam-ra who peek at her face from Jae-won's right side.

"What? I won't bite," she threw her hands up midway, shaking her head, "I can literally smell it. Fyi, I want human food not human as food."
