6 | RUN, B!TCHES

They were brought out of their rumination by the two bodies clashing in front of them five steps away. They began to sprint as their lives depends on it.

The girls fell down at the hard cold surface as someone charged at them without knowing and clashed its body to Jae-won. Si-Mi was also taken down 'cause of their intertwined hands, together too scared to be separated. She's afraid to let Si-Mi out of her sight knowing ever since they were kids, Si-Mi is the one to get scared much easier and most likely to be in a much worse condition than her.

"Jae-won-ah!"

"Help....help!" she yelled as Si-Mi gulps and tried her best to not let her emotions take over her seeing Jae-won get tackled to the floor and help her friend by grabbing the attacker by its hair and clothes from the back away from the girl.

"Hurry...hurry, come Miyah," breathing heavily as she forced herself up to her feet and quickly grabbed Si-Mi before the student– now monster girl get up and attack again.

Running upstairs as they try their best to keep theirselves from getting bit by dodging and giving all their strength to fight off those hungry humanoid-like creatures going downstairs as they run the opposite way, upstairs, to their room. The normal boy came rushing down bumping on the two as they stumble back and Si-Mi got her back slammed on the wall as the latter hit her head on the railings. Before they could even regain their posture, both of them were tackled. Grabbing the bag laying on the stairs, Jae-won finally freed herself by continuous hitting she did to the tackler.

"Where are–"

"Here!" Si-Mi yelled as her friend helped her.

"Come on."

Their whole body shaking, feeling the adrenaline rush. With the continuous bumping, kicking, pushing, punching and running...their legs start to ache but that wasn't stopping them from fighting. Her vision starting to blur, feeling lightheaded and a thick warm liquid tickles her skin as her head starts to bleed. But that was still bearable compared to the current situation, they keep on escaping a crowd of those hungry creatures and rush to another stairs. Still keeping an eye to Si-Mi.

"There!" Jae-won looked where her friend is pointing. She saw they're finally in their floor and their room's now near them.

The door not opening as they tried and tried. Jae-won getting pissed, she started punching it earning unwanted attention, seeing a crowd running towards them.

"Open it!" a voice from inside.

"Don't!" they could hear the voices inside the room, and this word came out of Na-yeon's. She could see it from the small rectangular window of the door.

"I said. Let them in. Now!" a hoarse deep voice ordered

"F*ck it! Open the goddamn door!" Jae-won cried

"Please....please."

Thankfully, before it even reach them someone pulled Si-Mi inside while the latter pulled Jae-won after her.

"How many times do I fall?" seeing she's on top of her friend, Si-Mi.

Panting, without even taking time to calm her lungs she lunge towards the girl in a pink, Na-yeon.

"What the fuck is your problem?!" Jae-won shouted at her face while holding the girl's collar and pin her to wall. The latter staring at her in shock.

Before Na-yeon could even answer, others tore the two away from each other, a strong pair of arms wrapped around her waist.

"Breathe first, calm down, clam down," a deep manly breathy voice from behind whispered to her right ear. Feeling her face heat up to their body colliding together as he continue to back hug her albeit being now calmed.
