"Hello?" April asked as she answered the phone. "April, where are you? I'm getting worried," Deco told the young girl through the phone, causing the babies to start stirring a little bit from the loud noise as they were already sensitive.

"Shh it's okay," April whispered to her three babies in her gentle voice, causing them to relax against her touch again as they fell back to sleep.

"April, who were you talking to?" Deco asked April who just sighed as she looked down at the three sleeping preemies.

"I'm at the hospital," April told Deco who froze as he took in the information. "Are you okay! What happened?" Deco asked in concern causing April to sigh again as she just carefully placed the three preemies into their incubators again as she knew they weren't going to get much sleep with Deco on the phone and she did owe him some answers.

"I'm fine, a little sore but that's expected after you have a c section," April told Deco who froze again. "Wait what? Okay I thought you were only 30 weeks. Are you messing with me because this isn't funny April Dibrina," Deco told April who laughed a little as she couldn't help it.

This situation was horrible for sure but Deco being concerned for her definitely made her feel better about the situation as it meant someone cared about her.

"I'm not kidding I had a c section oh and apparently I should have been going to my appointments. Maybe if I did I wouldn't have been so surprised when there were 3 babies and not just 1," April told Deco who laughed.

"Okay now I know this is a trick. Nice try but you're not fooling me. Now where are you really? It's late and I'm getting worried," Deco told the young girl who just rolled her eyes as she took a picture of the three babies in their incubators.

"I told you I'm in the hospital," April told Deco again as she sent the picture to him. "Okay you were not kidding. You had triplets?" Deco asked April who just laughed as she looked over at the three sleeping preemies.

"Yeah I did oh and also I'm gonna apologize now for the noise complaints you're about to be making in a few months or however long it takes in the NICU," April told Deco who just froze again as he let the words sink in.

"Wait, are you serious? You're keeping them," Deco told the young girl who just laughed as she found his reaction hilarious.

"Yeah I am, I can't give up on them right now they need me," April told her friend who just sighed as he knew that April loved her babies it was obvious but he also knew how much hard work that was going to be and how April was. Deco was pretty sure this was a horrible idea however he knew that he couldn't tell April that.

"Okay well then if you're going to be keeping them you're gonna need help. I guess I'm an Uncle now," Deco told April who just laughed as she couldn't tell if Deco was being serious or not.

"Why are you laughing? I'm serious. If you're gonna be keeping these babies you're gonna need an extra person to help out and what better person than me," Deco told the young girl who just held back her laughter.

"Well now that you mention it I am going to need some help if I'm going to be a single mom to triplets," April told Deco who nodded on the other side of the phone. "So their father wants nothing to do with them?" Deco asked April who froze at the mention of their father.

"Oh um I sorta might have um..." April began but was interrupted by Deco. "You didn't tell him, did you?" Deco asked April who just started crying a little bit. She knew it was wrong but she was just too scared of how he would react.

"Okay I'm taking that as a no. April baby girl you have to tell him," Deco told April who just took a deep breath as she knew Deco was right but she just didn't know if she could do it.

"I know I'm about to. I'm just scared of how he's going to react. We didn't exactly have a good break up and I'm pretty sure he already hates me," April told her friend who she heard sigh on the other end.

"I understand that April but he has triplets. He deserves to know that he's a father," Deco told April who just wiped her tears as she knew he was right it would be wrong for her to never tell Nick.

"Okay I'm gonna call him now bye Deco," April told her friend as she just hung up and looked at her phone again as she held her breath and found Nick's name. April really wasn't ready for this but she knew that it would be wrong to not tell him.

"Okay you can do this," April told herself as she just quickly pressed on Nick's name. She could feel her heart racing as she heard the phone start to ring. April just tried to control her breathing as she waited for Nick to pick up to her relief however, the phone just went to voicemail as Nick had declined her call.

April quickly tried to call a few more times but was just sent straight to voicemail each time. "Well it looks like I really am going to be a single mom," April told herself as she tried a few more times to get in contact with Nick but was just met with the same results every time.

April just sighed as she looked over at the three sleeping preemies as she couldn't believe this was really her life now. April was 18 and now officially a single mom to triplets.

"So what did he say?" Deco asked once April had called him again after composing herself. "He didn't answer. I tried over 20 times and it went straight to voicemail so I guess that means I'm officially a single mom. Okay with all seriousness I really am going to be needing your help," April told her friend who nodded on the other side again.

"Of course but I refuse to do anything gross like diaper changes or cleaning up, spit up or anything else like that. No amount of money would ever get me to do that," Deco told April who just laughed a little as she was starting to feel less scared knowing she at least had one person in her life willing to help her through this.

"Oh come on, it can't be that bad," April told Deco who just scoffed. "I'm serious April I will not do it," Deco told April who just held back another laugh. "Okay fine none of that stuff got it. Anyway I should probably go now I still have three babies to name," April told her older friend. "I'm sorry you haven't even named your own babies yet. You're gonna be a great mother," Deco sarcastically told April who just sighed as she looked over at them again.

"I've been busy and I wasn't exactly planning to deliver at only 30 weeks. Not to mention I wasn't exactly expecting triplets either," April told Deco as she just ended the call and looked over at the incubators. "Hi babies, let's get you some names," April told her triplets as she just sat down and started searching on her phone for cute baby girl names.

Finally after felt like forever April finally felt like she had the perfect names as she just quickly wrote them down so she didn't forget. "Hi there I know I asked this a little bit ago but have you decided on names yet?" The nurse asked April again as she re entered the room just as April had finished writing down her names.

The young girl just smiled as she nodded and held up the paper. "I have actually these are gonna be their names," April told the nurse who smiled as she read off the three names on the paper.

"Olivia, Maddison, and Mallory. Good choices," The nurse playfully told April as she left to finish up the paperwork. Once the nurse left April just smiled as she looked over at her babies again deciding to test out the names.

"Hi there my little Olivia, Maddison, and Mallory what do you think of your new names," April cooed to the babies who just all three started whimper crying making April sigh as she began to think quickly.

"Aw you don't like it huh. Okay what about Liv, Maddie, and Mal for short?" April asked the babies as she closed her eyes expecting the crying again but to her relief the babies seemed to stay silent as they didn't object.

"Okay then Liv, Maddie, and Mal it is. Well now that we have officially settled that issue. You three better get ready because we have a long and difficult battle ahead of us and we will not be losing," April told the three babies as she just grabbed each of their tiny hands one last time before getting up and going back to her hospital room to rest and recover more.
