s1 ep7 the Domino effect

ok, so can we talk about that last episode of amphibia? like wtf just happened? is Mr.x going to nuke the city to stop the invasion? I got so many questions.  

It was now morning as Anne, y/n, and sprig were out in the woods. Anne now had a scythe while sprig was rolling a watermelon up a small hill as Anne was getting into a batter stance.

Anne: " hey batter batter batter batter."

sprig finally rolled the watermelon up the hill he was getting ready to throw it at Anne but was struggling a bit.

y/n: " need some help sprigy?"

sprig: " um sure y/n."

they both push on it as hard as they can but they finally throw it at Anne. she swings but misses the watermelon as the scythe flies out of her grip

Anne: " aw whiffed it *gasp* SPRIG!"

sprig: " huh? WHOA!"

sprig wasn't paying attention luckily he ducked in time avoiding the scythe the same can't be said for his hat though as it tears into two.

sprig: " ...wanna go again?"

y/n: " maybe we shouldn't..."

Anne: " eh I'm sure it'll be fine y/n- wait sprig has hair?"

y/n: " always has."

The trio then goes in the direction the scythe went flying to get it.

Anne: " hey sorry about your hat- Oh there it is!"

The scythe was stuck in a tree as she was about to pull it out she heard a strange sound.

*MEOW*

sprig comes out of a bush.

sprig: " hey you found-"

Anne: " shhhh do you hear something?"

*MEOW*

Anne: *gasp* " something's in trouble!"

Anne grabbed the scythe as They then rushed towards the noise passing threw bushes to find giant hornets trying to stab something stuck in the ground.

Anne: " oh my god we need to save her!"

sprig: " right!"

Anne rushes to the stuck creature as she manages to pull it out

Anne: " gotcha!"

The hornets try to stab her but luckily miss.

Anne: " ...gotta go!"

the hornets chases her until one gets some mud shot in its face.

sprig: " haha... oh no."

the hornets tries to sting him but luckily y/n pushes sprig out of the way. as this happens Anne hops into a bush.
