Awkward

I went downstairs to find jas and of course she was all over some other guy who I couldn't make out from that far away.

{classy jas I thought it was all about Anthony}

I internally rolled my eyes. She seen me and she jumped up from the guys lap running over to me.

"hey where were you?"
"I don't know probably somewhere being jealous"

I went to walk to walk away rolling my eyes and jas was right behind me running after me.

"I'm sorry okay I didn't mean that."
"It's fine jas I'm used to you by now."

I could feel the warmth from the fire on my skin and I could feel peoples eyes on us. Including Damien's.

"I'm sorry honestly I'm a bitch sometimes please forgive me"
"It's fine jas"
"Okay so where were you I was looking for you"

I chuckled uncomfortably "ohhh I went to go find the bathroom."

I don't know why I lied to her. It just came out. Jas wasn't judgmental at all so she would of probably been happy and excited and egged me on to make a move on Damien. Jas looked at me and raised her eyebrow but she didn't say anything  questioning me.

"So Anthony is all over some other girl so I met some of your brothers friends. They seem cool and totally hot."

"Damien is not my brother. I honestly don't know how many times I have to tell you that"

She looked at me and sighed. She pointed to each one. Which made me uncomfortable because we close enough for them to see and hear our conversation.

"That's Travis, and that's Zack, that's Trent and that's zeke. The girls are max well maxzine she's Trent's girlfriend and that's taylor zekes girlfriend which means Travis and Zack are totally free so which one do you want."

I looked at jas in shock

{what did she just say?}

"Told you ads."

I looked over at Damien sitting at the fire with them all.

"Told you what"

I gave Damien a dirty look and he started laughing.

"Nothing jas ignore him"
"Okayyy so which one"
"jas they are not hand bags. You can't decide which one you think looks better to buy. Also jas up to about seven hours ago we went to the same school as them I know who they all are."

Jas looked at me and started laughing. She rolled her eyes and grabbed my hand pulling me forward. When we reached the group around the fire the girls were the first to talk to us.

"hi I'm max and this is taylor and that's liv. We've seen you around school. I'm sure you already know the boys from Damien."
"she knows the boys max"

I could feels Damien's eyes on me and I looked over and he smiled at me. I instantly turned my face to avoid from blushing and to avoid his intense gaze again. I couldn't handle that again tonight.

"Yeah I no a few of them."
"Hey Addie. I didn't no you came to parties."

I looked at Zack eyeing me up and down. My cheeks flushed involuntarily. I wasn't used to guys paying attention to me, and if they did they didn't make it known. Well apparently aside from Damien. Which I might add couldnt of came at a worse time. Our parents were dating. Me and him couldn't do this. Well whatever that was upstairs.

"I don't actually but it's the first party of summer break and jas refused to let me miss it. So I figured why not."

Zack smiled at me "you need a drink?"
