I woke up underwater. I was in a med bay underwater. No, no, no. I was in the castle. I started looking around and I came face to face with my brother.

"You're ok sis. We fixed you up and you should be fine. Jack left on the ship. He is sentenced to be hung." I jumped up at his statement.

"Why-why did he leave me with you guys. He knows I don't want to be here. I need to save Jack. I can't let him be hung. It would be all my fault. I can't let him die James. I love him. I can't. It is all my fault. Jesus James what have I done?" I was rambling. I couldn't slow my speech down.

"It's ok Eliana. Everything will be fine. It's ok. However, there is another thing. Your coronation is tomorrow, and you are now a part of an arranged marriage." This broken me. My face was burning with anger. "Eliana calm down. Please." James begged.

"I will not calm down! You will get my mother and bring her ass down here even if you need to drag her ass down here do it. I will never marry a man who just wants power over me!" I yelled so loud it echoed through the waters.

I heard the loud doors open to reveal my mother and her maids. "I will not marry a man who is arranged mother. Even if I shall die or be put to death because of this action, may God have mercy on my soul." I spoke strongly.

"Leave us." My mother told them and everyone in the room scurried away.

"I do not care what you have to say Eliana I will not allow this under my house. You will marry Edward and be happy about!" She yelled.

"I will not marry Edward! You know what he did to me! I will not be under abuse again. Not by you, not by anyone. I love Jack. Nothing you say or do will make me." The doors opened and in walked in Edward.

"No need to speak to your mother like that my dear Eliana. You need to be getting ready for your coronation my dear." He tries to grab my shoulders, but I swim backwards. "You will not touch me." I yell.

"I can do whatever I want. You are my betrothed." I growl.

"You will not touch me. You are nothing to me; you pathetic pick of shit. I will show no likings to people like you."

"And Sparrow? He is me. I am him. I can be him." I smack him.

"You are nothing like him. He is loving, caring, and doesn't treat me like a thing. He tests my mind. You are nothing but a stupid basstard. And you Angelica were never my mother." I swim away without any words back. I heard James follow me. I went to my old room where I could hide without people.

"Eliana, you know that mother never meant harm. She wants what is best for the kingdom."

"What about me James? I'm the one who it will affect. What about my best interest? It's not fair." James stayed with me throughout the night. I cried myself to sleep. All I knew was that tomorrow I was going to become queen. Once queen, I would need to be wed. And I couldn't get married to Jack.

The next day

I woke up to being dragged out of bed by maids. They did my hair and put on a tiara I haven't worn since I was five. They put on a skirt over my tail and led me out. I was dreading not having Jack with me. Where he could be I would never know.

I walked down the aisle passing all my soon to be people. I make it to the end and my mother is waiting for me at the end. A priest says his things and soon the crown that laid upon my mother's head was coming down on mine. That's when I passed out with the crown on my head.

I woke up in a large chamber that wasn't my own. I was in a bra and my tail. I felt like I was evaded. Then I see Edward.

"How did you sleep love?" He asked coming in with water. My private parts ached.

"Don't ever call me that again. What did you do to me?" I asked looking down at my body. I didn't fell right.

"Well Eliana, I made you mine. Now you can never leave me." He said. I went up and punched him.

"I am nobodies but myself. How could you? This is rape. I'm telling the court. I will have you in jail for eternity." He laughs.

"Who do you think they will believe? A man or a woman?" His tone was snarky.

"They will believe their queen." I hit him over the head with a vase next to the bed and swam for dear life. I didn't know where I was going but it wasn't back there. I swam to the court. I was going to get him imprisoned.

I entered the room fast and mighty. I heard gasps and mumbling among the crowd that was there.

"I have an announcement. Edward Garner is to be prosecuted in front of this court today for rape and kidnapping. I will also be refusing his proposal. Lightest sentence allowed is life in jail." I announced. Everyone started getting feisty and talkative. The judge slammed the gavel.

"Silence. Bring Mr. Garner in here at once. We will begin in a few minutes." The judge led me to a seat directly made for me. I sat in it with pride. I might be able to see Jack and save him. It was a 1-week sail so I should be there just in time.

Edward walked into the building with his signature grin plastered on his face. Oh how I wanted to smack that grin right off his face.

"Edward Garner, you are here based on these reasons: Harassment, Rape, and illegal kidnapping. How do you plead?" The judge asked.

"Not guilty madam." He said bowing towards me.

"Well what evidence do you have to support this claim?"

"I was merely trying to make sure my future wife was safe. Am I not allowed to have sex with my betrothed?" I stand up.

"I am not your betrothed. Nor will I ever be. I am not even married, and you didn't even have the decency to do it when I was awake. I was passed out from after the coronation. I was defenseless and you took me from my brother." I was loud and assertive, but I was not angry. I did not want to give him the satisfaction of knowing he made a mark on me.

"What evidence do you have to support this my lady." I judge asked. I was about to speak when I saw someone raise higher than the crowd. "I do madam." James proceeded to walk down to the bench like structure. "She was taken from her queen's chambers. I was going to get some food for we she would wake up and I heard a loud crash. I was too late from when he took her. I witnessed it."

"Anything else my lady?" The judge asked. I nodded. One last thing. I pulled my hair back to reveal a hickey on my neck.

"Fresh and never been covered. If you examine it, it is raw with nothing on it but teeth marks. Is this how you treat your queen? I am ashamed to say the humans behave better than all of you." I heard whispers from the jury, and they all rise. The judge raised with them.

"Edward Garner, you are sentenced to a lifetime in jail with no way of getting out. Everyone is dismissed." I swam over to my brother. He looked frantic. "Eliana, you must go now. He is going to be hung soon. Hurry. I'll cover for you but promise me one thing; come back please? I missed you so much, I don't want to lose you again." I nod and hug him. I quickly swam away from the people and across the ocean. I never slowed down. I tail took me to where was needed to go. Jack needed me. I swam across groups of fish and dolphins not even stopping to talk to them. The trip was perilous, but I soon saw land. I saw people gather up in the fort. I knew they were waiting for his hanging.
