The Dead Man's Chest: I can't do this

I stayed on board when the guys went on land. I didn't want to damage the baby what is growing in my stomach. It was truly scary. Anything I would do I needed to keep it safe. I was staring out into the ocean when Jack yelled, "we have our heading!" I looked over the deck to see Elizabeth standing with Norrington.

"Elizabeth!" I yell and run down the ramp to her. I wrapped her in a hug, and she let go. "Love do settle down. I don't want you getting hurt." I sigh.

"I've been stuck in the ship far to long Jack. Soon enough I won't even be able to do normal activities. Let do what I want for now." Elizabeth just looked at me.

"Are you expecting Eliana?" I nodded. She hugged me tighter than the last hug and let go afraid to hurt the child. "I'm so happy for you both. However, this is no place for you Eliana. You must go to your people. You must stay safe. Will sent a message saying that you adopted Selma?" I nodded. "However, she is a grown woman. She is in the protection of my brother right now."

"Jack did you ever think about making her go back to her kingdom?" Elizabeth asked. He shrugged. "No not completely."

"Maybe you're right Elizabeth. I should go back home. Jack it's the safest option for the baby." He nods.

"Then go. We will meet again sometime, even if it's in the afterlife." I looked back at Jack.

"Jack, I can't leave you to get hurt. Not again." Jack came over to hug me.

"I will be fine love. Trust me. I love you, Eliana." I kissed him deeply and lovingly. I was going to miss him dearly.

"Go while you still can love." I nodded and ran to jump into the water. I don't want to lose him and I know how this is going to end.

In Aquadia

"Eliana!" Selma yelled and came swimming to me.

"Hi Selma." I embraced her in a hug.

"Why are you here Eliana?" James said.

"I need to see a doctor. I also need to lock down Aquadia. Tell everyone a great evil may arise. The kraken has returned to kill anyone or thing in its way." I swam into the castle without a second glance. I swam to the medical bay and sat down.

"My Queen. We weren't informed you were here so soon. What may I have to pleasure of helping you with?" A nurse asked.

"Please call me Eliana. What is your name?" She looks shocked at my question.

"May my lady." I nod.

"Well May, I need you to check and see if my baby is ok. I would also like to know the gender." She nodded and left the room.

"You're pregnant Eliana?" James asked. I nodded.

"Eliana there is something Selma and I need to tell you." I looked between the two of them and noticed they were unbelievably close.

"Eliana, I'm pregnant." Selma said. My smile lowered.

"To my brother?" I ask. They nod.

"I'm so happy for you." I said and got up to hugged them.

"Really?" He asked. I nodded.

"Yes, young brother. You have needed someone for a long time. I'm just glad you found someone just as amazing as you are." I gave them a kind smile. May walked in.

"It is a girl my lady. And she is healthy as ever. You are 4 months along. In human years you would be halfway along but in mermaid years, you are due soon. You can here just in time. It is estimated you should be due today."

"Ho-how. That can't be right." I screamed in pain. Yup, yup I'm do now.

"I can't do this without Jack." I screamed again. Selma ran to my side. "I'm here Eliana. It's ok. Breathe." I breathed in and out. Every time the pain became more unbearable.
