31 its over...

It's been two years since the night I came back and every minute of it has just made me feel like I'm in a dream.

Now that I was once again a part of the hidden leaf village I was allowed to go on rank A missions again and I couldn't be more ecstatic about my next one, I would hopefully get to see riku again.

She moved to the hidden sand after announcing that she and gaara were dating, my hope is it would turn into more.

It was a week long mission three days to get there three days to get back and one to catch up with the two, but I could do it in three that's why I was chosen for this job.

I was going to deliver an important package filled with materials that the sand needed.

I was just leaving the hokage tower with the box with a huge smile, running to get home.

To this day I still live with Naruto and I have gotten to have a better relationship with kurama aswell.

I was opening the door to get to the kitchen and set the box down.

I grabbed all my ninja tools I would need and found the blonde that had a day off today.

"I have another mission" I smiled, he smiled back at me from the couch.

"That's amazing what is it?" I turned picking up the box to show him,

"A rank I've got to go to the sand I'm excited to see Riku and Gaara again I wonder how they've done since I last saw them." Naruto nodded and stood up.

"Tell them I'm excited to see them and be safe" he grabbed me into a hug and I hugged back before pushing him away.

"I've got to go now I'll be back in three" I gave him a quick kiss on the cheek then ran out the door to the gates.

I took a deep breath and stepped out and with excitement I started to run.

I slowed time and ran through the trees fast as I could a laugh sounding from me.

It's been a while since I was able to run around like this without any worries.

For me running felt like three days but with the time it was only in reality half a day when I got to the hidden sand village gates.

I undid the time setting and I walked inside the gates with a huge smile on my face.

The gaurd stopped me and I gave him the note saying it was an a rank mission to deliver Regis ti the kazekage.

He nodded and I walked to the kage office and knocked on the door, I heard a come in from two people and opened the door.

"Hey gaara, riku" I nodded seeing the kage in a chair and riku on the couch.

A gasp and arms around me almost making me drop my package surprised me. "YOUR BACK" a female voice yelled.

I laughed and hugged back before pushing her off slightly, "yep and I've got a package for you gaara" he stood up and nodded taking the package.

"We weren't expecting this for another three days." I smiled and laughed, "did you forget already? I'm the fastest ninja here" and a small smile apeared on his face.

I sat on the couch next to riku. "How have you guys been, I haven't seen you since the war." Riku smiled and I could see I was in for a long talk.

She talked about how amazing everything was and how it felt like a dream.

"Yea same here everything for the past two years has been nothing but amazing like a dream" I laughed but couldn't shake a feeling that something was wrong.
