The Diner:
Same Day
--------------------------------
Just as John was about to open up, a phone rang...
*Ring*
*Ring*
*Rin-*
All eyes immediately turned to where their ears had lead them, falling upon Seraphina who was madly fumbling to find her phone.
"Maybe that's a sign..." John gave a half-hearted laugh.
"NO, NO," Seraphina stopped him. "Just give me a second to see what this is about!"
Finally coming up with her device, Seraphina's eyes widened at the sight of who was attempting to reach her.
'Fyora?!' Seraphina gave off quite the confused expression.
"Seraphina? Are you okay?" Elaine asked.
"Y-yeah... I just need to take this," she proceeded to get up and walk away.
Arlo and John, as if reading each other's minds, looked to one another out of suspicion.
So, John, care to continue?" Isen eagerly asked while hiding his notebook.
Remi immediately slapped his pad out of his hands, clearly not amused by his repeated behavior as a journalist.
"Really?" She asked.
"IT'S MY JOB" retaliated Isen.
"On a more serious note..." Arlo looked directly to John. "Continue."
"YES! CONTI-" Isen was silence with a slap to the back of the head from Remi.
"Listen, now might be a bad time..." John began. "Considering that Sera has just taken a call and our public setting."
"Right, you never know whos listening!" Blyke aimed his gaze to Isen.
"Jeeeez, keep hating on how I make a living!" Isen feigned offense.
"Yeah, you know its bad when you AND Cecile live off the same work," Blyke mocked.

Meanwhile...
----------------------------
Seraphina relocated herself to the entrance of the diner, not knowing what to hear from Fyora. She was extremely annoyed that this sudden call had disrupted such a deep moment with John and their friends, no matter how many times he would deny their friendship.
Seraphina looked at her ringing phone, analyzing the bright name as if it would provide an answer for her without picking up. Swiping, Seraphina answered...
"Hello" Seraphina answered plainly, not sure if this was a ploy.
"Yes, Seraphina" Fyora checked.
"Fyora, what is the meaning of this sudden call?" Seraphina skipped straight to the point, wanting nothing more than to return for John's story.
"Seraphina, you have been summoned by your Mother back to the house for a meeting" Fyora read her tone.
"..." Silence ensued, Seraphina not knowing how to respond to such a monumental request.
"She wishes to discuss some important matters with you as she recently contacted the Headmaster of Wellston who informed her of the history that has taken place at the school as of late" Fyora relayed.
"This doesn't leave me much to go off of..." Seraphina vocalized hoping to squeeze some information out of Fyora.
"I do believe that was her objective, Miss Seraphina" the maid explained.
