~Ace Attorney~

Another trial.
Another shenanigan.
The trial wasn't serious as a Murder, but at the same time it was because Wendy Old Bag was being sued by a famous actor for stalking.
Wright was defending the Actor and Edgeworth was going to make sure the actor got a restraining order and alimony for the stalking incident.
So why was the case taking a while?
Well: Wendy was being difficult.

"Wendy Oldbag, if you could stop talking for 5 minutes-", "LISTEN HERE, I AIN'T STALKING ANYONE IF I WORK TO CLEAN THE ROOMS!!", Pearl was just wondering why this lady was crazy in the head, Wright was just losing his sanity and Edgeworth couldn't get a word in because everyone was shouting.
Eventually, he slammed his hand on the table, silencing the room and heads turned to him,"I'm talking. Silence is needed if we want to have this case closed.", Pearl bowed her head,"My apologies, Mister Edgeyworth.", everyone was confused at that nickname, Edgeworth looked up,"Mr who?", Wendy spoke up,"It's not Edgeyworth. It's Edgey-Boo.", Edgeworth was just about to lose his mind,"It's Miles Edgeworth.", a snigger came from Wright's side of the room, turning he could see Wright trying not to laugh.
"Be quiet."
Edgeworth was trying not to smile, but as he said that Wright could see a smile as he spoke so it became hard for Wright to keep a straight face and take this seriously.
The actor looked at Gumshoe,"Is this normal?", "More normal than ya think, but they're the best Defence Lawyer and Prosecution in the business.", the actor was surprised,"Huh. It's odd to see a Defence Lawyer and Prosecution working together.", Gumshoe nods, so they turn back to the Trial at hand.
"Your Honour, this is not professional work if they are being annoying and the accused is not corporating."
Edgeworth wasn't wrong, because Wright was just dying of laughter and the jury itself was also laughing.

"Wendy Oldbag; You are required to stay **ft away from the victim and you are to play alimony for stalking and stealing items from the victim."
FINALLY.
As Wendy left with a huff, the actor bowed,"Thank you both. That saves me a lot of trouble, it is not the first this has happened.", and the actor left with a wave.

After leaving the courtroom, Wright looked at Edgeworth,"Don't start with me, Nick.", Wright just laughed, Pearl felt a little bad for Edgeworth but she found it a little funny.
"Cheer up, Edgeworth.", Gumshoe came over,"You both deserve some food, and at least the case didn't drag on for 3 days.", Edgeworth sighs as he takes off his glasses,"I suppose.", he gave his glasses a quick clean as Nick, Gumshoe, Pearl and Miles walked down the hall.

"Wright, aren't you getting new apprentices?"
"Ah, yes! In the next week, I have a trial on a pretty serious case came up so once that's done I'll be training them."
"Too bad you'll be going away for a while."
"Don't worry, Pearl. Edgeworth here will be back before you know it!"
