◇Robo-Kitty AU 1/?◇

"There we go."
Robo-Kitty was recharged and ready to go, it purred against Zane's hand, he chuckled under his mask,"Heh. Good to see you're alright.", Zane sighed and knelt down on the floor to get a few more parts, Robo-Kitty jumped down after him and raising her paws to Zane's face, Zane picked up Robo-Kitty,"It's fine, Robo-Kitty, it was an accident years ago.", he sighed, pulling up his mask,"Come on, let's go get stuff for my next project and stop at the cafe and see Moeka.", the Robo-Kitty purred in his arms as they left his house/lab.

"Zane!"
Zane walked over to Moeka,"Morning, Moeka. Busy?", "No, today is a nice quiet morning but it might get busy later on.", Zane nods, Robo-Kitty turned their head towards her and meowed, Moeka smiled and gave it a pet,"How's Robo-Kitty?", "She's doing well, little upgrade and a few things have been fixed up.", Moeka smiled,"That's great, I'll get you the usual.", Zane nodes and sits down, letting Robo-Kitty sit on the table as he got out drawings of his next project.
"Here you go, Zane."
Moeka gave him the usual cupcake and drink, she quickly rushed back to the kitchen to help with cleaning up.

"Moeka, is that your boyfriend?"
Moeka looked over at Zane, still seeing him there,"Yeah, that's Zane.", ". . . No offence, Moeka but, he doesn't seem like your type isn't he a mad scientist?", Moeka glared at her co-worker,"I'll have you know looks aren't everything and Zane helped me in my darkest moments as I did when he had his darkest moments, and he isn't a mad Scientist unlike those two that won't leave him alone!", the coworker lowered her head,"I-I apologise, Moeka.", "Better be.", the coworker left to the kitchen red with embarrassment of what she had said, other customers heard and saw and understood not to talk about their relationship or Zane like that.
*Ding*
She saw Zane leave, she smiled and waved as he left waving also as he left to probably get back to work.

Zane made sure his safety goggles were on as he was using redstone and his Robo-Kitty was sitting peaceful on her cat bed.
*Ding Dong*
Zane stopped working, he lifted his goggles and groaned,"It's them again.", Robo-Kitty looked up and saw her creator walk down the hall.

"Come on, again with the Lazers?!"
The door was open for him to see Pirece and Ein, but what was preventing them from going inside was lazers protecting his entrance of his lab and home.
"What do you bafoons want now."
"We're here for a truce."
Zane folded his arms, waiting for them to talk and Pirece pulls out a page,"We'll stop bothering you, if you let us buy your Robo-Kitty.", Zane glared,"Never! No money in the world can make me want to give her up to people like you!", "Oh come on, it grants you peace and quiet!", Zane turns away,"Even so, you'll have to pry her from my dead body.", Zane grabbed a hold of a letter,"This will be your last warning; Stay out of my home and my kitty.", "WAIT-", "NOT AGAIN!-", as Zane pulled the letter, they were dropped in a pit and his door was closed.
. . .
Peace again.
Zane turned to his lab, seeing Robo-Kitty up and playing with a ball of yarn, he smiled and got back to work.

"Officer Aaron, the chief is starting to give up on your mission."
"Travis, I'm telling you those two Scientists are up to no good I just need more time to prove it."
. . .
"I know, Aaron. But-"
"Just tell the cheif to make it my work, he can confuse on other things but I'll handle this."
"Alright. I'll do my best."
. . .
"I know those two are up to something, and I'll prove it one way or the other."
