📖MCSM: Ice Skating📖

**Before the events of the Admin**

"Indoor Ice Skating?"
Jesse nods,"Yeah; Jessica insisted as she really wants to learn.", Jesse, Lucas, Axol, Olivia and Petra were visiting a recently built indoor Ice Rink as Jessica really wanted to give it a try and share the experience with the others.
"I don't know about this, I'm pretty known for falling.", Olivia sighed,"You'll be fine, I think the Ice Rink has some support for beginners.", Lucas titled his head,"Like? What?", "Possibly certain blades, I know some shoes have two blades and some have one.", Lucas shivered, Jesse felt uneasy too as the last time he went ice skating was as a kid, all he really remembers is that it hurt a lot when he fell.
But this was an indoor rink, not a frozen lake so maybe it wouldn't be as bad.

"This is gonna be good!"
Jessica pulled on her skates, Petra close behind her as they got out on the rink.
"Let's go."
Axol, stumbled as he got out the ice and Olivia held the wall as she got out for support.
Jesse sighed as he kept failing to tie the stupid laces,"Am I that nervous my brain forgot how to tie laces?!","Need a hand?", Lucas knelt down and tied the laces, Jesse smiled,"Thanks Lucas, I think I'm just nervous about getting on the ice after years.", Lucas nods,"Yeah, I'm a little nervous too. . . Or scared, is a better word.", "Scared?", Lucas shrugged, rubbing the back of his neck,"Yeah. . . Last time I went Ice Skating, I uh. . . The ice cracked under me, and I ended up falling in a lake and ended up with hyperthermia. . . Didn't leave bed for a while, got pretty sick.", oh that made sense now, while Ivor, himself and Petra walked across the frozen lake back from the Portal Adventure he refused to walk across and walked around the frozen lake.

"You two ready?"
They both turned to their friends, Olivia walked at them, Axol was getting the hang of it and, Jessica and Petra were already racing.
"Yeah, coming now!"
Jesse turned to Lucas,"Will you be okay?", "I'm not too sure. . . But I'm willing to try.", Jesse nods, they both stood up and walked to the entrance of the rink.

"You two are going to ram into a wall!"
Of course Petra and Jessica didn't hear Jesse, expected but worth a shot, Jesse was able to get the hang of it a little, he wasn't going to try and speed around like his sister; He's not risking falling again or breaking his nose.
"Lucas, you good?"
Jesse turned to Lucas, though Lucas was almost as white as paper and seemed scared to move.

It was almost like Lucas could hear the cracking, like at any moment it crack and he would be submerged into the freezing water all over again. . .
"Hey."
Jesse slid beside him,"You can hold my arm.", Lucas sighed, shaking and took Jesse's arm,"S-Sorry, I don't understand why I can just hear the cracking.", "Cause your mind doesn't understand, it's like playing a VR game and you're really high up, your brain thinks it's real when it isn't.", Lucas nods, slowly Jesse and Lucas made their way to Olivia.
"You got the hang of this quick."
Olivia smiled,"It's like being on rollerskates, how are you two coping?", Jesse pointed to Lucas and himself,"We haven't skated in years so; We're supporting each other.", Olivia gave a thumbs up, Axol slid by as he held his arms to try and keep balance,"How much you wanna bet Petra and Jessica will ram into the rink wall?", "Depends; What have you got to bet?", "Wait. . . Is that Harper and Ivor in the other ring.", they looked across the way, seeing a slightly empty ring and Ivor Skating with Harper.
"Huh."
Jesse smiled,"Guess Ivor really likes her.", Lucas nods, watching Petra and Jessica race one another around the rink.
"I'm surprised, have they been before-?"
Lucas suddenly slipped, Jesse was quick and caught him,"You okay?","Y-Yeah, I almost forgot we were on blades.", Olivia nods,"Yeah; It takes time to get use to.", Jessica skates around them, giving her brother a smug smile to say;
'You gotta ask him out eventually.'
And Jesse shoot back with a look;
'I'll whoop your butt after this.'
