It had been five years without Finn. It felt like more, and at the same time, it felt like less.

Quinn, Puck, and Beth had decided to go to Lima for the memorial Kurt was hosting at the Hudson / Hummel house.

"Noah, are you sure about this?" Quinn asked as Puck parked the car in front of the house. "I mean, I wanna be there, but I don't wanna make today about us or the baby."

"Everybody knows we're here for Finn." Puck said.

"Okay." Quinn responded as she took a deep breath.

Puck kissed Quinn's cheek before getting out of the car. He walked around to Beth's door, helping her out before doing the same for Quinn.

"Come on." Puck said, taking the girls' hands and leading them to the front door.

Having grown up with Finn and practically raised by Carole, Puck was comfortable enough to let himself and the girls into the house.

"Puck." Carole smiled as she walked to the door to greet the trio.

"Hi, Mrs. H." Puck smiled back as Finn's mom hugged him. "It's good to see you."

"It's good to see you, too." Carole nodded as she and Puck parted. She smiled at Quinn and Beth. "All three of you. Quinn, you look great. How are you feeling?"

"I'm good, thanks." Quinn nodded back. "How are you?"

"Good." Carole repeated. "Well, the kids are in the yard, but it's hot so I can tell Kurt to have everyone come inside if it's too much for-"

"I'm fine." Quinn interrupted. "Thank you."

"I'll take care of her." Puck promised, putting his arm around Quinn. "Beth, did you say hi?"

"Hi, Mrs. H." Beth said.

"Hi, sweetie." Carole replied. "Thanks for coming."

Beth nodded as she looked at Puck.

"Go ahead." Carole told Puck. "Don't let me keep you guys."

"You know what, B, why don't you go into the yard with Mommy while I get her some water?" Puck suggested.

"Okay." Beth said, and she and Quinn walked away.

"How are you?" Puck asked Carole when they were alone.

"I'm okay." Carole stated. "It's good to have all of you here. It's like he's here."

"Yeah, I hope it's okay that we brought Beth. We've been trying to make sure she remembers him, so she wanted to come." Puck explained.

"Of course it's okay." Carole smiled. "And thank you."

Puck smiled sympathetically.

"How are you?" Carole wondered.

"Whatever I feel, I know you guys feel it a million times worse." Puck shrugged.

Carole looked at Puck.

"I want my kids to know who he was." Puck clarified. "I want them to know how unforgettable he is."

"You have so many memories with Finn." Carole reminded Puck. "All those years of football and glee club and growing up."

"Yeah." Puck nodded, pausing for a moment as he reminisced fondly. "Finn was like my brother, but he was also like a dad to me. He taught me all those dude things every dad should teach their sons. And I just hope that I do my son the same justice that Finn did me."

Carole smiled as tears filled her eyes.

"I'm sorry." Puck apologized. "I don't wanna make you upset."

"I'm not upset." Carole promised. "Finn would be so proud of you. I'm proud of you."

"Thank you." Puck smiled.

"And congratulations. I'm so happy for all three of you." Carole added. "You must be so excited to be having a baby boy."

"Yeah." Puck said. "I'm sure I'll be calling you and Burt for advice."

"You can call anytime." Carole promised as she hugged Puck again. "Now go join your friends outside."

"Thank you."

Puck entered the yard and handed Quinn and Beth water bottles before greeting Kurt and the others. Once he made his way through, he sat down beside Quinn and Beth, pulling Beth onto his lap.

"Now that everyone's here and has a drink, I just wanted to thank you all for coming." Kurt said while Blaine stood beside him supportively. "Finn would want us all just hanging out like we used to, so we're gonna do that in his honor. If you'd join me in raising a toast."

Quinn, Puck, and Beth held up their water bottles while everyone else held up their shot glasses.

"To Finn!"

"To Finn."
