"Happy birthday, Beth."

"Happy birthday, Monkeyface."

Beth opened her eyes and looked at her parents, who had entered her room with breakfast. "Thanks, guys."

"I can't believe our little bee is a teenager." Quinn stated as she looked at Puck. "Can you?"

"I don't like that." Puck shook his head. "It makes me feel old."

"Well, you're gonna be thirty before you know it." Beth teased.

"You know, Q, I don't think Beth's hungry." Puck joked. "What do you say we take this back downstairs and eat it ourselves?"

"No, no, I could eat." Beth responded.

"Thought so." Puck smiled, setting the food down on Beth's nightstand. "So. How does it feel to be a teenager?"

"She's still twelve for a few more hours." Quinn reminded Puck.

"I feel the same." Beth answered anyway. "Thanks for the food. Do you guys want some?"

"That's for you." Puck told Beth.

"That's enough for, like, four of me." Beth stated. "Where are Hudson and Lulu?"

"Since you're not a morning person, Max is holding them off downstairs." Puck explained. "So eat or shower or whatever, and when you're ready, we have gifts downstairs."

"You can skip school if you want." Quinn added. "Or go in late."

"I'll be ready on time." Beth promised as she began eating breakfast. "Thanks, guys."

"Happy birthday, B." Quinn smiled. "I love you."

"I love you, Mom." Beth smiled back as she turned to Puck. "I love you, Dad."

"I love you, kiddo." Puck responded. "We'll leave you to it."

"See you downstairs."

"Happy birtday!" Hudson and Lucy exclaimed when Beth joined them in the living room.

"Thank you." Beth smiled as her siblings hugged her.

Hudson and Lucy shoved gift bags at Beth.

"Thanks, guys." Beth said, accepting them. "Do you want me to open these now or after school?"

"Now!" Hudson decided, and Lucy nodded.

"Okay." Beth smiled.

"Open ours first." Quinn requested, passing Beth a gift bag.

"Read the card first."

-

"What are you doing?" Quinn asked Puck as she entered the guest wing.

"Beth's having a party in here tomorrow night." Puck reminded Quinn. "I'm just looking it over."

"She's a good kid." Quinn reminded Puck. "And we're gonna be home."

"Yeah." Puck responded.

"Are you disappointed that she didn't have a Bat Mitzvah?" Quinn wondered.
