5: We're In Love

Josie's Pov
I open my eyes to see Hopes alarm clock say '6:49'. I look over to her and she's still sound asleep. As im trying to untangle myself from her, she hold onto me tighter. I smile at the fact she doesn't want to let go but i have to get up.

When i finally get up, i walk over to Zoe's side of the room. "Psst, Zoe", i don't get any type of response. I get closer to her and see her eyes are red and puffy, as if she was crying all night. I start walking walking away but then i hear her voice. "Josie?"

"Hey Zoe. Are you ok? Your eyes are red." She looks sad for a second but then smiles.

"Yeah i'm all good. What'd you need?" I know she's lying but i'm not gonna say anything, she's lying for a reason.

"Oh yeah, right. Can you give me a list of Hopes favorite things? Like movies, foods, things in general." She has the most confused face for a second then it turns into a smile.

"Ahhh i see what you're doing. I got you. I'll have it ready by the end of the day." Her smile turns into a smirk.

"Thank you!" I accidentally yell. We both look over to Hope but she didn't move. "I'm gonna go to my room now, tell Hope i'll meet her at breakfast." Zoe gives me a thumbs up and i leave.

Hopes Pov
I'm starting to wake up and there's an empty space next to me on my bed. I frown at the realization but then look at the clock to see it says '7:30'. Josie must've went to her room. I look over to Zoe's bed and she's just sitting there.

"How long have you been up?" She just looks at me. I decide i'm not gonna deal with her so i just turn back around and lay back down.

"Good morning to you too sleepy head." She finally speaks. I end up falling back asleep but only for like 5 minutes before i can feel Zoe climbing on my bed.

"Zoe, you have 5 seconds to get off my bed or i'll throw you across the room." I say but it's slightly muffled because i have my head in the pillow. She listens, surprisingly and i put my head up in confusion. She's walking towards the door.

"I picked out two outfits for you incase you didn't want to match. I'll be in the twins room waiting" she closes the door behind her only for her to come back in 3 seconds later, "oh and remember we get assigned seats 1st period." She closes the door again and i get up to get dressed. She comes back in, "Oh and Josie said she'll meet us at breakfast."

15 minutes later i'm dressed and i start to walk over to the twins room. As soon as i close and lock my door, i see Penelope and Landon talking at the end of the hallway. I don't think much of it and knock on the twins door. Zoe's the one who answers.

"Took you long enough." I roll my eyes and walk past her to get inside. I look around the room and i only see Lizzie. I'm about to ask where Josie wass but Lizzie responds to my question before i can even ask it.

"Josie went to breakfast without us. Don't ask me why because i have no idea." Right, Zoe told me she said that. I'm snapped out of my thoughts with Lizzie and Zoe going back and forth over something, like always.

"Why are you two always matching? That's so stereotypical."

"Because we can. It's not my fault you and Josie can't confuse people for fun." Jesus i knew i should've chosen the other outfit.

"I can tell the difference between you two so how is it fun exactly? Plus the only person you can confuse is my dad."

"You've know us since you were like 5, you have an advantage. You also know about my scar so you don't count. Neither does Josie considering she is the one who gave it to me."

"Oh my god guys, can we just go to breakfast already. I'm starving." I swear these two will be the death of me.

"More like you just wanna see my sister, Mikaelson." I'm over this conversation so i just roll my eyes and leave the room. They both are quick to follow me. Zoe first then Lizzie catches up. "This conversation isn't over Rebekah."
